Do NOT stay here, they scammed us of our money, when we arrived they asked us to pay 25% more than we had agreed online as we were paying in cash (they did this to another group too), and then after we stayed they stated on Agoda that we were a “no-show” meaning as per the hotel policy we were charged to our bank account after already paying cash, then when we talked to the manager he said to request a refund online, and when we tried after having left the property the manager declined the request for the refund meaning they purposely double charged us, the rooms were not great and the customer service was terrible, in the 30+ hotels I’ve stayed in south east Asia this was easily the worst experience we had! DO NOT STAY it is a scam. We booked online through agoda for a certain price and when we arrived they demanded more money. We paid since we had no other choice but only for one night.

While we were staying there the owners put us as “no show” on agoda so we were also charged a night online. When we asked the owners for our money back they refused and said we have to go through agoda to sort it out.

We left and hoped agoda would give us our refund. Agoda will not give us our refund because “the property refused”. So they double charged us.

Other groups also were told to pay more when they checked in because online “it was the wrong price.” And many people left.

There is also no wifi, there is one staff member for the entire hotel, the customer service...

Pros: It’s clean and comfortable like you should be expecting. You can hire bikes (highly recommended) through them for 50k idr and have them for 24hrs. If you are as lucky as us you will have Suja who will look after you and answer any enquiry you may have. He is very helpful and extremely kind. He will go out and beyond to help you if you have any problems (which we encounter during our trip regarding the tickets to return to Bali)

Cons: if you are coming with heavy luggages, get transport because the road it’s not as smooth and wheels- friendly for your luggages and you will probably be carrying it than pulling it. On our return we got the horse ride transport for 100k idr. Another thing to note is that WiFi is not...
