Hotel Cianjur Cipanas — Hotel in Java

I want to complain about my visit. MONDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2022. Around 13.00 (can be checked on CCTV). I just made a reservation and had a bit of a problem. The receptionist named "GYAS" offended us because there was a miss communication from the reservation. He said some things that made us offended such as: "Why don't you order at another hotel? Just across the street there" (pointing to the palace hotel), "I've been patient, I don't like getting customers like you", "you're just a customers, we know better about the SOP of this hotel" (everything was spoken in a high and rude tone) It's my first time to be treated bad like this in front of my family. Honestly i was very ashamed like no self-esteem. During my stay (2 nights) here, our experience was bad. Our room was not cleaned even though we had contacted 4x by telephone. Then when housekeeping passed by, we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, but the staff just stared at us and then left without saying anything. The entire staff looked at us with a cynical look, as if it had been gossiped / told there was a problem from the first check-in by GYAS. My point to this hotel is that I want to have fun with my family. However, the service of some of the hotel staff robbed us of our comfort. I hope Cianjur hotel can improve the service quality of this hotel staff properly. It's a pity that the Cianjur hotel has staff like "GYAS" and others. I hope this doesn't happen again so that Hotel Cianjur doesn't lose customers...

After checking out from another hotel in Puncak due to an unpleasant stay, I tried calling Cianjur Hotel many times but they're fully booked. Undeterred, I just did a walk in reservation & I'm lucky as they still have a standard room available (probably the guest didn't turn up, yay!). Hotel Cianjur didn't look convincing from the exterior but you'll be amazed once you stepped into the room. The standard room itself is very spacious with stunning views of the mountains and lush greeneries. Room is very clean, resort style, reasonably priced and friendly staff. They have both cold and lukewarm swimming pool complete with a couple of balls and hoop for you to game out with your friends while dipping in the pool. There is a convenience store just next to hotel or you can grab a pony ride by the street. There is a strawberry farm just 5 minutes drive away. Breakfast is just so-so, nothing great. This hotel's highly recommended and will be my 1st choice if I'm visiting Puncak again! It's actually a birthday gift from my mum and brother and I'm fully satisfied...

I was not plan to stay at hotel on that day, but it was raining and we change plan to stay at hotel, so we find out on Trip advisor they said have warm pool and huge room||and my 5 y.o daughter will love it||||(+) Easy Check In||(+) Nice View||(+) Huge Room||||(-) Pool close on for treatment every monday? Seriously?? need whole day to treatment that small pool??||(-) No electric jug inside the room, so you need to ask for the Hot Water and it never come. so better you go to the front desk and bring the thermos.||(-) This Hotel having a lot of renovation so you will find so many debris and all the building material. just becarefull ||(-) The wifi you should find a better spot||(-) after those bad things above, then come other bad thing they want to charge the breakfast for my 5 y.o daughter. its getting more complete...
