PrimeBiz Hotel Tegal — Hotel in Java

We stayed in Primebiz Hotel from July 3 - July 5. Overall experience was excellent for a hotel in a small town like Tegal.||The good:|Check in was fast and easy.|Room was pleasantly roomy and clean.|Staff were helpful.|Breakfast selection was excellent with lots of choices of Indonesian food.|Hotel surprisingly provided excellent pick up/drop off at no charge to/from train station. Bravo for this!|Last but not least, locations cannot be beat. Near to many food places, and a small local mall for little shopping.||The not so good:|Entrance to hotel is not friendly to guests who walk to the hotel.|Wardrobe in the room could be better (it was just some place to hang our clothes).||Despite a few minor drawbacks, this hotel provided excellent choice to stay while you are in Tegal. I have stayed in many major international hotel brands (Accor, Shangri La, Hyatt, Hilton), this Primebiz Hotel did'nt dissapoint. I came in the night time and stayed at connecting room, good hospitality handled by Rian/ front desk. Unfortunately, Bed sheet, duffet looks stain and spots in certain area, Shower handle in bathroom 617 was not working well. The day after, room cleaned in the morning time but linen still not changed yet, hence i requested my towels only to change. Still i did not raise any complaint. Lastly, on the 3rd day in morning time around 09.00am i called front desk lady to request my room cleaned up. Surprisingly came back around 13.00 and both my room still did not clean up. Called to front desk and why its really hard to talk with Manager On Duty. what a kind of terrible services offered here??? The hotel is good, very good. Breakfast is fine, people speak English as well, rooms are clean, minimalistic (no decent wardrobe), laundry service good. TV working. The swimming pool is next to the breakfast area, and agreeable. Two drawbacks. The entrance: if you arrive walking, or by becah, you have to take the elevator in the parking garage. If driving by car or taxi you can drive up to the entrance. So, in this way the hotel doesn't "open" itself to the public. Which is a pity. The other drawback is the absolute terror which is called very, very slow WiFi/internet. It seems a speciality of Tegal, having internet on steampower. Other hotels face the same problem.. So, if you are here for business, take care and take precautions. But it is not just the fault of this...
