Nginap karena tidak ada pilihan, saat minta tolong resepsionis untuk pilihkan ruangan di agoda yang cocok untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 anak malah dapat kasur yg hanya untuk single. Setelah tidur 1 jam badan gatal semua, setelah dicek ternyata ada sangat banyak kutu kasur di seprai, bawah seprai, bantal, handuk dan sela2 kasur. Harga memang murah tapi kondisi kasur yg berkutu sangat tidak dapat diterima. Sangat tidak rekomen

Sempet nggak dingin ac nya, tv no signal, tapi pas pengaduan gercep langsung dibenerin. Sebenernya tempatnya strategis, cuma kalau bisa di renov lagi biar tambah bagus, soalnya colokan juga ada yang mau copot kan bahaya.

I and my wife after a long tiring day arrive at what could only be discribed as the recruting office for isis where we were turned away becase of the color of my skin and the lack of dirty rags on our heads but i can only assume such degrigation is only proper response do to there lack of education and basic human kindness witch none was found there. In other words if your out of town and you want to be gang raped and stabbed this...

Bad Service and they do not have hospitality at all... Why can't we park our car even only for dropping? No hot water, TV available but all the channel are not working... Better they take out the television, bed sheets are dirty and full with stitches no difference than rugs. NOT...
