Hotel Grand Palem — Hotel in Kota Batu

This is my 1st trip to malang.. got here by car from jogja.. its a bit surprising that all hotels are fully booked except this one.. if i am not mistaken the hotel has 2 types of rooms, standar and vip..aaandd they only have one vip which is located in the backside of the hotel,very far away from the recepcionist..dark and spooky..tou the vip has bigger room and better bathroom i prefer the standar one..moreover the standard is much cheaper (the vip rate is 250k) the recepcionist is not too friendly but thats okay since it is not a star hotel..the roomboy is helpfull..the room is about 2.5x2.5m..small i know..the mattress is a way too thin..the floor is dirty but the roomboy mop the room floor before we get into the room..and for 140k they serves breakfast..fried rice and tea or coffee and free mineral water in the room..they provide towel and soap..oh and they have hot water too..and extra blankets cause malang is berry cold !|| I am indonesian and used to|| live in uber hot jakarta..||Finally for 140k pernight and for its location the hotel is a good...

Receptionists were REALLY NOT HOSPITABLE. Rooms were under expectations. I stayed at the 3rd floor, room 35 on august 30 (check in time is 1500 hrs local time) and there was a medium-sized FIRE on the 4th floor, just 20 metres from where i slept (fire 1630hrs local time). the receptionist didnt know the right phone number to call firetruck and they didnt immediately shut down the electricity when the fire was blazing.. i immediately evacuate all my stuffs and moved to another hotel, and got some things left behind.. i was with my 6-y.o. sister and i got FIRE upstairs. I will never go back to that hotel anymore. oh. what's good with this hotel? the roomboy. they're very kind to us, but not the...

Pertama sekali menginap di sini karena di tentukan dari travel sendiri.. Tapi saya dengar bahwa hotel ini beberapa kali memenangkan Hotel terbaik dan terbesar di kota Batu 👍👍 Udara di Hotel ini memang dingin ya 💙 Jadi di kamar tanpa AC pun sudah dingin.. Kamarnya luas dan di dalam kamar di sediakan 3 tempat tidur single.. Karena kami ada 3 orang jadi kami bisa tidur masing² di tempat tidur kami.. Sebelum rebahan yang saya lihat terlebih dahulu adalah kebersihan kasur,apa ada kutu atau serangga yang nempel di kasur..tapi untungnya kasurnya bersih dan bantal juga wangi 👍👍 Kamar mandinya luas tapi kamar mandi ini di sediakan ember buat nampung air dan gayung buat mandi 😁 Baru pertama kali ke Hotel nemuin yang begini.. Di sini ada air panasnya,jadi sangat cocok buat badan kita yang habis lelah naik gunung dan sedang di udara dingin bisa mandi air hangat di Hotel ini 👍👍 Dapat 2 botol kecil air mineral.. Cuma Handuk aja yang buat kita geli,karena handuk yang di sediakan bukanlah Handuk untuk mandi hanya handuk kecil buat lap wajah ✌😔, syukurnya saya yang bawa handuk dari rumah bisa saya gunakan saat selesai mandi.. Colokan listrik hanya 1 yang di pake untuk colokan TV,jadi usahakan bawa colokan tambahan ( Steker colokan universal )yang panjang yang punya beberapa colokan sekaligus agar bisa kamu gunakan untuk mengecas hp dan power bank secara bersamaan 😊👍👍 Tidur nyenyak karena sudah kecapean banget apalagi suhu kamar adem walau tanpa AC. Menu sarapan standart ya,tidak banyak pilihan, karena hanya ada Nasi goreng, Nasi Putih , Mie Goreng , Soup kol , Perkedel Tahu ( tidak enak, rasa kurang , agak asam ) , krupuk dan sambal ✌ Pilihan minuman breakfastnya hanya ada Kopi , Teh , jus jeruk dan air putih.. Depan lokasi hotel banyak tempat nongkrong ya. Parkirannya luas untuk ukuran 2bus dan ada parkiran bawah juga yang langsung depan kamar 👍 Kalau menurut saya Hotel ini Recomend untuk kamu yang mau menginap di daerah Malang kota...
