Made a reservation for 2 at 6pm and we come on time - there were only 3 tables open at that time. Parking space is huge, when we came they confirmed our reservation and has prepared the table and directed us to the parking space. First impression was great, the ambience was good, the music is a bit loud with beach club vibes. We tried to order the lamb steak, but then sold out. Then tried to order the tapaz, all sold out also except the sushi. Tried to order the house wine by glass, guess what? Sold out as well… It’s during high season and they could have prepared the stock better. Then here’s what we ended up with: Tenderloin medium: 4/5 - tender, juicy, the soy sauce is great. It’s a perfect combination cause they also have the garlic chips. Note: they mistakenly give us spoon instead of fork. Tuna nachos: 4/5 - sauce is not too overpowering. It has fruits dices which makes it refreshing. The tuna is grilled perfectly. The kitchen flow here is REALLY BAD. Note than on top of those two, we also ordered dragon california sushi roll. Within 25 minutes the steak was out, then we ate for 20 minutes, then the second course didnt come out. Then the next 10 minutes the tuna nachos came out. Then we waited for another 15 minutes and the sushi didnt come out and we asked to cancel it - they said it was ready but not plated yet. If they go by the order, they should go with tuna nachos, then sushi, then steak. But the order was a mess. At the time we finished, there were already 5 tables big group that already finished and left. Very disappointed, although the vibes and the food is good.

Overrated. I was seated in the corner tho I made reservation in advance, the waitress who took my order cant even hear me, and had to repeat my order many times, I asked if they can turn the music down a bit, and they refused. I initially ordered Japanese sirloin, the waitress said that the only sirloin available was Korean sirloin, in which I asked the difference, and she cant explain. Oh well, in fine dining, waitress should mastered the menu like the chef did. Also, the green beans put on top of my steak wasnt seasoned at all, taste bland, like the green beans on my green salad. MEH And my green salad dressing is using sesame kewpie sauce, like whaaaa..t? A bottled salad dressing? I mean how lazy could you be,, I understand this was fusion restaurant, but what an epic experience eating steak with chopstick? A big resounding NO. They put the food on cutting board instead of plate, and made my meal fall over the table. If it werent for the chicken made spot on, I would give it 2 rating. I do hope they make an improvement out of this. Price wise is slightly average.

A restaurant located in Batu serving Indonesian, Western, and Japanese cuisines. It is a finer restaurant on the pricier side, but its absolutely worth the visit. The place has 2 floors, with outdoor & indoor seatings to choose from, and despite outdoors, but its absolutely worth has a cozy ambience from the outdoor winds and music at night. It also has breathtaking views of the citylight, making it a great place to take some nice photos. The staff are also friendly & helpful on describing the menus. The foods overall could be served quicker. For the price you’re paying, they are well made, good quality, and the flavors are exceptional, so it’s definitely worth for the price you’re paying. And for the outdoor seatings, it is also better if they provide more tables, so it’s easier to eat the foods. Overall, a great option to visit in Batu.

Overall a nice experience. Just may have set my expectations too high.

From the looks of the place and when you enter you're immediately impressed and have the feeling you will be getting a "finer" dining experience.

Decor and place itself are lovely but things became a little comical when it came to the service.

Everything below is constructive criticism/feedback.

Me and my wife ordered 3 things to share. Waiter came back saying 1 wasn't available. Changed the option. Then she came back saying the a another one wasn't available. Changed the order and she cane back saying it was also not available. Changed it a third time and like they say it was the charm. Its a small thing but best to keep everyone updated as to what is ready and what isn't, saves everyone time and embarrassment (felt bad for our waiter)

We're a party of 4 and food arrived one by one, not all at once (this was something we'd expect considering the look and feel of the place).

Drinks came quite a while after the food was out. Should not happen, especially when a the drinks were just tea.

Dumbwaiter used to bring food down should be retired. Due to it's volume. Distracts from dining experience.

Food was nice. (Salad could be bigger for the cost) Facilities were clean. View was lovely. Lighting and ambiance were nice. Parking is big.

Overall we had a nice time, took some lovely photos and would probably come back. Although maybe for just a drink...

Your beloved staff, particularly 1 female front house staff is rude. No empathy, worse service overall. This place is not friendly to non smoker plus the rude staff totally didn't care about good customer service. It seems that staff don't care if there will be customers or not.

I understand when they said the lower floor is just available on weekends. But when we asked if we could change the table as to not be so close with smokers group. That staff's laid back attitude really irked people off.

The reason is because other table is already booked. But that other group had not arrived yet. If you really want to do great service or increase sales. Then you could exchange our table. They will still have the place to seat or look for other way. I think they are too lazy to move the table around.

When i asked what should i do, then? Should i change restaurant?

The staff reply yes, go ahead, you can discuss, it's fine to go (with a rude tone) WOW! What a great staff, good for you owner. You lost a group of 5++ customers with that remark. In the end we don't eat there. Even good food will taste terrible if the service is bad.

I know you are a new opened place and popular, so you don't need customers that...
