Nice villa. The building is new and clean. Big sleeping rooms, big kitchen, big family (living room). The villa is close to recreation places in Batu City. Host is very kind and helpful. Had a great stay here with my family and friends.

Sometime the bad smell came from bathroom drain Overall nice The temperature consider no need AC Chill😅 Dont forget to bring your jackjet And i suggest being extra snack and meal Seem little bit far from grocery

Kelebihan: -parkir motor dan mobil luas -ukuran kamar luas dan kondisinya sangat bersih💯 -ruang tengah ada sofa bisa untuk bersantai dengan keluarga -didepan juga ada gazebo untuk ngerokok Kekurangan : -tidak ada air panas -tidak ada handuk -ada dapur tp yg bisa dipake cuma teko air (kompor ada tp gada elpiji nya) Selebihnya Oke aja sih dengan harga under 200k..

Poin plus: Villa ini Sangat Megah, Besar & Luas, per Kamarnya pun Luas, jadi ya nyaman banget lah karna luasnya (saya Kaget begitu datang, krn ini sprt kerajaan eropa mnrt saya😁) Di Harga 160 per malam nya untuk kamar Premium, okelah Dekat dari Pusat Batu, Malang.. ke Alun2 mungkin gak lebih 10 menit

Poin minus : Saya kesini sama suami, berdua.. untuk tag "kamar premium" cuma dapat 1 Handuk Saja, dan tidak ada amenitiesnya sm sekali, bener2 pure hanya kamar Shower mandi Air panas, agak sulit dioperasikan mungkin krn pemakaian org banyak ya jadi maklum.. Terkadang juga panas terkadang tidak Wastafel kaca untuk cuci muka & tangan ada diluar kamar mandi, jadi basah2 ke lantai kalau digunakan Letaknya di perkampungan, jadi bisa trganggu kalau ada aktivitas warga
