IXO Bekasi (Previously Hotel Odua Bekasi) — Hotel in Kota Bekasi

Small parking lot, small room space, i don't know if they have non smoking room / not but the recepcionist didn't offer it. The room i stayed was full of smoke smell. Ac not working well & seems dirty, remote can only be use for change the temperature but not turning the ac off which is sucks for me. Good that their bed looks clean tho, & they have tv even tho only local channel. They provide towel but not as fresh as other hotel. Their bathroom looks old, the toilet also damage. For toilleteries they provide 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, face, body wash), small bar soap, toothbrush. They have space for hanging clothes just because they have small atrange place between the wall. Their door is allumunium door. Like they said they are 2 star hotel, my opinion is also 2/5 star only. For breakfast they let us choose between nasi goreng / mie goreng / roti bakar, for the drinks between coffee / tea (1 room can choose 2 meals & 2 drinks). I stayed one night. The hotel location is near from bekasi train station, so you can just walk. The room was clean and kinda of quint place. But just don’t take your breakfast late, Bcs they will clean up at 9:30 am with limited food and stuff. I took my breakfast right at 9:30 am I think they still open bcs the front office said they will close at 10 am, and I just had little fried rice and one egg left, and my friend didn’t had anything. And plus they don’t serve any spoon, I think they don’t want to put the spoon and cup after 9 am. So for the resto manager I suggest you to close the restaurant for breakfast a little late, lets say 10 am or 10.30 am on weekend. Bcs you need to understand, some of guest hotel will wake up a little bit late on...

I was there over the weekend and waited for room to be ready cause I arrived before check in time.||Hotel access is narrow and non help to direct me to parking spot.Got in the room and found out wall lamp close to side table was on and off and no hanger stand by. took shower and found out towels were torn and not suppose to provide for guest.
