Where to start?||The service was by far the best I’ve experienced. This feels more than a 4 star resort and villa. It’s much more personalised and very welcoming. I have not had to lift a finger my entire duration, the staff here cannot do enough for you. I’ve never had this kind of service. Something that western countries should take note of. ||I had a few massage treatments and they give you afternoon tea served with cakes and local produce. All fresh. The breakfasts were fab, all fresh everything, and had dinner one of the nights too. Amazing coffee also. Spent one of the days by the pool which was fab and laid back.||The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was well beyond my expectations, it was a luxurious experience. The only thing that was a bother was the step into the bathroom as I tripped a few times as I forgot it was there every time I went to the bathroom (but that’s me being clumsy).||A special hats off to the managers at reception. They’ve been fantastic with recommending me places to go and restaurants to eat. The personal shuttle services included made that experience even more amazing. I’ve never had this kind of service. You guys have been the highlight of my stay here! So thank you so much for that. ||It made me feel so much better as I was alone the whole time here as my friend wasn’t able to join unfortunately.||All in all, I would definitely come back here without a doubt and I 100% recommend it to everyone I know. When I booked this hotel for us and our friends, my expectations were not very high. However, from the 1st moment we were greeted at the front desk we were experiencing VIP service. It's a boutique hotel with a very pleasant, relaxed and exclusive vibe. The villas and rooms are very nice and big. The food in the restaurant is amazing - the chef is a young guys, who prepares very tasteful food and presents it very nicely. We ate here almost every day and all the dishes were superb. Waitresses, waters, front desk clerks and other staff members are very well trained. They provide quick excellent service and always with a genuine smile. We visited the resort spa several times and enjoyed the treatment very much. After trying massages and restaurants outside, we concluded that the restaurant of the resort and the masseuses are much better at La Berceuse. The resort provides a shuttle to Nusa Dua shopping center and the beach. At the beach you get free sunbeds and beach umbrellas. Everything is amazing. I'd just wish that the shuttle can go there more frequent if required. Fantastic stay in a 2 bedrooms villa with a private swimming pool for 4 nights, you will have all the privacy to yourself if there is no neighbour staying next to your villa because the upper room can see across the upper room villa. The bathroom is as big as the bedroom area with huge bath tub, rain shower area, WC and double basins area. However, I don't like the smell of the shower gel, shampoo and the conditioner. I am not sure..maybe they are left too long in the stone bottle.

The breakfast is ala-carte menu. You can choose from the menu of 4. I particularly prefer the local Indonesian style - Fried Rice was good. The restaurant/breakfast area is next to the swimming pool. You can choose to have your breakfast in your villa or at the restaurant.

The location is remote and quiet. But you can easily use the app to book for the Blue Bird taxi to come to pick you or ask the help from the hotel front desk. Please don't try to walk back to the villa at night. It is very dark with no street lights. According to the locals, it is dangerous not because of the crime but it is the snake. Along the way from the main road, there is an abandoned resort project on your left, and there is an ongoing resort project...
