Our stay at Mulia Villa Resort was a dream come true for both us and our children. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury and relaxation, making this one of the most unforgettable family vacations we’ve ever had.

What made our stay particularly special was the range of activities and facilities tailored for families. The kids club at Mulia Villa Resort is exceptional. Our children were entertained and engaged throughout our stay, participating in a variety of fun and educational activities. The club staff were fantastic warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure the kids had a great time.

While the kids were enjoying their own adventures, we had the opportunity to unwind and indulge in the resort's luxurious amenities. The dining options were diverse and outstanding, with something to please every palate. We particularly loved the in-villa dining experience, where we could enjoy gourmet meals in the privacy of our own space, while the kids splashed in the pool.

The resort’s infinity pools and direct beach access provided endless fun for the whole family. We spent our days swimming, exploring the beautiful surroundings, and simply enjoying the stunning views. It was our first trip to Bali and an absolutely amazing experience to stay at Mulia Villas. We booked the one with an ocean view for 7 nights, and not only had we the ocean view, but we also managed to enjoy a spectacular scenery of the volcano mountain. From the moment we stepped out at Mulia villas lobby till the last second of our stay, we were treated on a highest level. All Mulia team, including cleaning staff and gardeners, sports coaches and waiters, butlers and security were very hospitable and respectful, always smiley and greeting us every time we came across. Our butler Suwan helped to make our stay as much easy, relaxing and comfortable as possible. He provided us with anything we needed (steamer, champagne glass, extra cutlery, power point adapter). Our villa was cleaned twice in the morning and in the evening, and every time we didn’t see the service team; they worked when we were away. We booked half board package which included breakfasts at three restaurants on your choice (we preferred the Lounge as it has a beautiful ocean view; the Cafe is very popular and full of families with kids as they serve ice cream and sweets; the Living Room is the quietest as only Villas’ guests are allowed to access there) and lunch or dinners (we chose dinners at the Table 8 which is Chinese cuisine, and Edogin which is Japanese cuisine and Soleil which is Mediterranean one.) the Villas also provided with high tea which includes savoury and sweet snacks and a wide range of snacks in the buffet plus all drinks, wines, cocktails and beers are for free, drink till you drop. On my birthday, our butler Suwan organised a beautiful present coming in with another lovely staff of five people and signing a happy birthday serenade in the morning. That moment I felt very special, it was an unforgettable experience. Every time we went out of the resort, the staff helped us to organise a taxi and gave us very good and helpful information; they looked after us and were informed about our plans. This was a very unexpected stay that I have after returning back to Indonesia. Wasn’t expecting anything much as this brand was there for quite some time. But let me tell you, this hotel might be one of the best 5* hotel and villas I have stayed previously.

The time I arrive there was pretty calm, lobby is always so clean and neat and tidy. Their staffs in the lobby is always so helpful and attentive. Check in took less than 10 min which is 😍 especially for people like me who gets annoyed easily. Information was passed very detailed. Not forgetting their refreshing welcome drink that I love so so much.

I was escorted to the room by one of the butler named Alit, he is so kind and again so helpful. His hospitality is top notch. He helped me settled down in the villa even helped me with roomings, which moreover needed to complete my arrival experience.

The butler team helped me and my stay becoming so comfortable that I wish I stayed longer. 2 other butlers which are Yana and Ardana, was reaaaaaally sweet! Left me some sweets like chocolate and cake! ( not overreacting but Mulia’s pastry and sweets are always my faves since then ) they prepped my room and created some cute towel arts ( thats v cute, considering how bad my situation at that time which I am sure all my butler knows why ) and they make my mood very good during the hardest time of life 😂❤️ I thankful for them

The afternoon tea is the best out of the best! Freeflow beverages as an additional bonus point! Dont want to spoil too much bc it was exclusively served with a very nice touch. Everyone needs to experience it at least once in their life 😍❤️

Special special thanks to these 2 angels from the Butler call center, Sri Ariani and Chandra Loka. They make everything so seamlessly beautiful. Arranged butlers to be ready based on my request. And they are so responsive + cute I may say! They deserve more exposure to the guest as I can tell 😍
