Arriving from Sanur Harbour in Bali by ferry at 2 pm, the hotel recommended an immediate tour, which our patient driver/guide facilitated, showcasing the island's major hot spots like T. rex island (Kelingking Beach), Angel's Billabong, and Broken Beach. My girlfriend and I stayed at the BB Resort and Spa for 4 nights back in July. We booked the villa with a private pool and had an amazing time. The villa was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The service was unparalleled and everyone was so helpful. We got two Bali massages and they were amazing!

Also, Satra is an amazing host. He made us feel so welcomed at the resort and made sure that every request we had was fulfilled. Not only that, Satra helped my girlfriend and I when she was hurt in a motorcycle crash. When we called him, he picked up the phone immediately and took us to a medical facility. This hotel in Nusa Penida offers large and well-planned rooms, which are definitely a plus. However, the presence of insects was a significant issue during my stay; I encountered a large spider in the room and had to deal with many mosquitoes and flies in the restaurant area. While I understand the hotel is on a recently opened island with a rustic setting, I felt the staff could have been more proactive in managing this, similar to other hotels in Bali that use incense, plug-in insecticides, and provide repellents for guests.
