Warung Trisna Nusa — Restaurant in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We still remember our experience at this warung until today, although our trip to Bali was last year. The owner was lovely to show us his garden with animals, fresh fruits and plants while we were waiting for our food. It was delicious! It is such a local place and makes you learn more about the Indonesian culture. A must visit when visiting the island! It is amazing to know what kind of nice people there are...

In the middle of nowhere you have this place.

Loved the food and the staff was friendly. The owner (?) seemed to be really proud of the restaurant and showed us his garden and learned us a bit about fruits. Did you know there are red pineapples..?

I recommend you do your toilet-visits before coming here if you're not comfortable with standing up over a hole in the floor....

The owner was so nice. He welcomes me on Nusa Penida with an flower and then showed me his garden and which fruit is which. Food was nice but it's a bit spicy. You should tell them if you don't like your food too hot&spicy! Food is typical Balinese one and they make you Vegetarian meals if you want. Ambience id nice as well. Totally a place...
