Hotel Kawana Padang — Hotel in Padang

Stay here on. 4th of September 2024 untill 6th September 2024. Nice beautiful hotel. Spacious. But one pillow for each bed? Come on. What could go wrong to put 2 pillow for each bed? We want to add pillow and u said we should pay for the pillow? Come on. Really? Even we ask for the creamer which u don't provide for us in the room also we need to pay??? One room two single bed. One coffee. 2 packet sugar. 2 packet tea? No creamer. But why 1 coffee tho?? That's a bit weird. Maybe u should change that so we won't ask for more coffee/creamer from your restaurant just for the staff to look at our face weirdly like we are begging for things that we paid for. Some room doesn't have window so please wake up on time. It's not always night sweetie. Will I stay here again? Yes. But this time I will bring my own coffee,creamer,extra pillow. Lolz. Oh yes. The hotel is very nice overall with very helpful and responsive staff. Unfortunately there was a international conference in town and all rooms were booked except one without a window and it smelled. Make sure when checking in or booking to request room with window (unless you prefer otherwise). I even didn't know there are.hotel rooms without window.
