Overall: Herloom Serviced Residence needs SIGNIFICANT improvements in service quality, especially regarding responsiveness, communication, and guest relations. Staff training in hospitality would be highly beneficial. Until then, I would recommend exploring other options for your staycation.
Room: The room was undeniably a positive aspect. It was clean.
Service: Unfortunately, service fell short of expectations. The 24-hour service line was unanswered, leading to multiple trips down to the lobby (with slow elevators) for simple requests like extra towels. The front office staff lacked warmth and offered no apologies for the inconvenience, simply asking me to wait in the room.
-Service Hiccups: Unfortunately, the service issues continued. During our stay, the lock on our room ran out of battery, rendering our access cards useless. We informed housekeeping, who notified someone named Chandra and the front office to bring a manual key. Instead, an engineer arrived after 12 minutes without the necessary tools, ultimately needing to find a manual key anyway. Another staff member, Felicia from Guest Relations, arrived later, also without the necessary tools despite informed from WA (adding another 11 minutes) but couldn't resolve the issue. The situation wasn't rectified until an engineer finally arrived with the manual key and replaced the battery. Disappointingly, no apologies were offered by the front office, guest relations, or engineering for the inconvenience. Erfan, from housekeeping, stood out by offering water and apologizing while we waited. Felicia from Guest Relations, on the other hand, displayed a defensive attitude, blaming the long weekend which felt unprofessional. Throughout this entire ordeal, we were left sitting on the hallway floor while we waited for our door to be unlocked.
Facilities: The advertised amenities were underwhelming. Only the pool and gym areas were open but lacked any real atmosphere due to dim lighting.
Breakfast: Breakfast was a chaotic experience. Insufficient seating forced temporary table expansion into the mall, yet there weren't enough plates, glasses, or cutlery to accommodate everyone. Refilling food items seemed slow, with almost nothing available by 8:45 am (breakfast ends at 10:00 am) and a 22-minute wait for an omelet was frustrating.
WhatsApp: Whoever manages the hotel's Whatsapp service also seems to require additional training in...

The room looks clean when I come in but when I am about to lay down, I found insects not just one or two, but actually quite a lot 🥲 made a phone call to the reception to tackle this, but they took too long to respond that I'm too tired to let them in when they come.
There's phone in the room, but mine was not working, make a phone call to the reception but nothing happened, so I call the receptionist with my mobile phone 🙂
The check-in process is quite slow, but enough lah, the staff were helpful thankfully and is very welcoming.
Breakfast unfortunately the most unpleasant, only few options that actually fine if they can refill it faster, not just me because a lot of people keep saying that the food are not ready most of the time, even cutleries 🥲 I'm looking everywhere for it but is actually run out. The place is also very small, really hard to move and looking for a vacant seat. I was asked for a fully cooked egg but still got a half cooked one. But overall, the breakfast is just enough to start my day, but for a said 4 star hotel is unfortunately disappointing.
Deposit. I'm using my cc, it has been 24 hours since I checked out but they haven't proceed to unissued my card, I even called my bank and they said the hotel has not process it yet, so I call Herloom and they said the process will take 14 working days, I'm not sure if this the standard time? But yeah I hope it could be faster.
Okay now the good side. The room is very well designed & well equipped, I really like every corner of the room. So pretty.
They are connected to a mall so easy to buy food or personal necessity. The building is cool, modern, futuristic.
The staffs are very friendly.
Overall was a good stay, but just quite unpleasant, hopefully could be an improvement for Herloom since the place are really nice, just need to make sure the details are also well handled....
