The most affordable hotel around this area comes with a great drawback. Firstly, the street adjacent to the hotel is very narrow and hard to access, or be found by a driver/taxi. Secondly, the breakfast comes in packages (not all-you-can-eat type) and often arrives late. Finally, the lodging wasn't close to a point of interest (the closest one, Bintaro Exchange, is 2++ km away). “Affordable and quite comfortable ” The location is very easy to find. Check in is easy. They ask deposit 100k. The lift is very slow. I prefer taking the stairs. The parking area is wide. The room is spacious. There are some bulb that not working. The towel is too thin. AC is cool. Amenities are good. Toilet is clean. Water heater is working. You get 2 bottle mineral water. WiFi is slow. TV channel only few that works. Nearby there are so many food stall and mall...

Kalo menginap 1-2 malam, tempat ini masih cukup layak lah disebut hotel. Tp kalo anda menginap 2 malam, mungkin lebih cocok disebut kost-kostan dengan tarif hotel. Saya berencana menginap 6 malam, tp di hari ke-4 saya putuskan untuk check out. Selama menginap, kamar tidak pernah sekalipun dibersihkan/handuk diganti/tempat tidur dirapikan, jatah air minum direfill, dan bahkan sampah pun harus kita buang sendiri (sudah disediakan tempat sampah super besar di depan lift, yang mungkin tidak pernah anda temukan di hotel-hotel lainnya). Belum lagi sekuritinya yang tidak tanggap (jam 8 pagi pintu gerbang belum dibuka dan sebelum jam 12 malam gerbang sudah ditutup, dan ybs tidak stand by di pintu masuk). Jadi buat anda yang bawa mobil sepertinya harus buka tutup pintu gerbang sendiri jika menginap disini di jam-jam tersebut. Kondisi kamar tidur/kamar mandi cukup oke dan cukup bersih, ada air panas. Cuma ACnya kurang dingin dan kamar mandinya lumayan gelap + mengeluarkan aroma tak sedap dari lubang pembuangan, sehingga saya harus membeli kamper toilet + pengharum ruangan sendiri.
