In my only time here, I tried their signature dish which is beef steak drenched in hot butter sauce and herbs. Price is just below 200rb per portion. You can't order medium rare for this menu. Only well done. Hmmm.. I asked the waiter if the steak will be chewy and hard if its cooked well done. She said maybe but it is mandatory to have the steak cooked well done for this menu.
My expectation is quite high because I know this restaurant is owned by a celebrity chef. He even put the MURI record and Guinness record on the wall! Its not my fault then if my expectation is so high right? Even though I know that their price is quite cheap. Comparable to HolyCow.
Well what do you know... The steak came to my table and the presentation is quite nice. However all my worry did come true. Yes the steak is sliced thinly but it is chewy. Maybe the quality of the meat is a problem too.
The steak itself is really rich in flavor albeit a bit salty. They give us veggie salad to eat together with the meat to cut down the butter-rich saltiness. Its quite tasty actually. Just too bad the meat is not tender enough. I know with 200K I won't be getting Wagyu beef quality, but unfortunately with that money I got a much more tender beef at HolyCow
Hopefully they can improve on the quality of the meat or even cooking process so it can be more tender. Honestly if you are curious you can try for yourself. It is quite tasty and unique creation....

To look out for the menu, make sure your phone ready with barcode app. Scan the barcode and it will direct you to pergikuliner.com. For the food, I ordered tenderloin Meltique Australian Beef with mushroom sauce, mashed potato and broccolii&cheese for the side dish (medium well done) and Salmon Norwegian with salad for side dish served with hot olate with candles under ( I forgot the name 😅).
The taste of the Tenderloin? Hmmmm..hmmmm..hmmmmm...soft and tender like your first kiss. The butter and herb cover all over the meat, feels like it aint goin nowhere, melted and had it all in every bite. The mushroom sauce fit perfectly with the meat. The redness of the meat, fit for me too. The crisp of the broccoli and the melted cheese, I just didnt realize its just gone hahaha.
The salmon?no question! the unique ness of rhe serving on the hot plate while its still cooked while we eat. Surely the freshness of the salad make the taste of the salmon light yet buttery too. Oh my..how heavenly. DEFINITELY GONNA HAVE...

steak cafe de paris: 7.5/10, this is vvvv good! i rlly like the sauce but if you eat too much of it i guess it’ll overpower everything bc there are alot of butter 🤔 but overall the steak with the butter sauce and the mashed potato and the fresh salad rlly goes well with each other. but i have to say i’m a lil disappointed in the steak like its not as juicy and soft as i thought it’d be? idk i expected more maybe i shouldn’t early birth steak: 8/10, this is basically a kids menu BUT THE STEAK IS SO GOOD????? i just used the butter sauce i have and it just elevates the taste !!! i didnt try the sauce tho i just use my sauce and the french fries is decent ig tortilla melts: 8.0/10, yup another good dish. it taste best when its still warm bc of the cheese. it taste amazing for an appetizer 👍 I approve . It’s basically tortilla with lots of cheese and chicken and tomato salsa 🤤
