Aldeoz Grand Kancana Resort Villas — Hotel in Pulau Bali

I stayed here with my husband and two kids aged 16 and 12 in a 2-bedroom Villa which really was a grand treat to all of us.

Pros: • Spacious and comfortable • The two - bedroom villa was extremely a treat for us as a family. • Serene, clean and quiet. • Bathroom is really big with a bathtub, rain shower, sliding gates and all the amenities. • Pool is humble enough to unwind and relax. • Rates are affordable and reasonable. • Couple spa was good and relaxing. • Breakfast had good options for vegetarians. • Personal pool was cleaned by house keeping on request. • Ms. DEVI at the reception was pretty sweet and polite.

Cons: • No Indian restaurant nearby as mentioned on the net and Make My Trip. • Beach is not close by. • No activities or recreation facilities in the resort premises. • Due to some religious ceremony, there was lot of noise at night etch disturbed sleep of all the guests who were coming at the reception to complain but there was nothing Hotel people could do. • Due to affinity with nature, Insects, mosquitoes and creatures are there. However, they keep the repellent spray in the room and also burn incense, it makes lesser of a difference. • Food was not tasty even though they offered a good variety at affordable rates.

Tips: • If you want good Indian vegetarian food, order it on phone from some Indian restaurant like Queen's Tandoor or Atithi in Seminyak. • Take along your bottles of beer, cold drinks and peanuts as it could save you money. • Keep the doors of bedroom closed to avoid Insects etc. • Floatee is good fun for kids which can be taken @Rs.250/-for 4-5 hours. • Activities packages and transportation may be taken from hotel at reasonable prices.

Villa is good but location is very very bad and the area is very dangerous all tourist who are willing to come Bali let I tell you ,you are not safe in Bali spacious this are were this hotel is located area is full of theifs and they can just shansh your phone, jewellery any thing and in the hotel there is no road side camera Not a single camera at hotels entrance... My phone got stolen... I was going back to this villa at nite 1.00am not soo much late ( Bali is nite city this is regular timing) i was riding my scooter at speed of 45 to 50kmph and i phone was in my hand handled tightly but suddenly from the back side one rider came and shanched my phone from my hand I was handling so tightly that the theif just can't handle his scooter but they are professional he managed and run away fast... No one will help you here. All Bali people are selfish no one has time here.. I was will my family by flight there in morning but nothing 😔 happen no one will help here hotel also not My advice to all if u are coming single or with family be safe and b n a safe are this is not a...

I stayed in this resort for two nights. If you wish to have small room with just queen size bed but with personal swimming pool this resort is the choice.

But it comes with free mosquitos and blocked sewerage. We booked along with one 6 yrs old kid and they refused to provide extra bed. When I asked that it was mentioned while booking their sales manager Nobita replied that why you came to honeymoon suit with kid!!!?

She was totally non cooperative and adament not to help. Their restaurant will close at 9:30 PM and there is no place to eat nearby as this resort is at isolated place. And for this her reply was that I shall have inquired about it and shall have bring my own food before checking inn. Breakfast is average with limited options but manageable.

3 stars for big villa with big bathroom and garden. 2 stars deduction for small room with small bed in that big villa and poor dealing with customers by management team. And ofcourse presence...
