Regina Guest House — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Fraud hotel!!! Booked and paid money for the room via Agoda and drove 2 hrs to this hotel.. owner said we are fully booked out.. following with Agoda for refund and they said that owner says they have accommodated me🤬..this is one of a kind scam happening mostly by such Bali hotel owners rippin innocent tourist .. grow up losers Bali hoteliers as we tourist work hard to come and experience Bali and in the end we leave frustrated and disappointed with Balinese greedy low life thugs like this hotel owners☹️ I’m still fighting with Agoda for my refund but they can’t do much as hotel owners are...

We stayed here for about 10 days. If we hadn’t left Ubud, we would have stayed even longer. We definitely felt at home; they were very kind and attentive.
