Booked a room with twin beds but that one was occupied, so the owners immediately set up a second queen-sized mattress in the room we were given. And even with that emplaced, there was plenty of space remaining. The bathroom is spotless with a western-style toilet, there's a small balcony to sit outside, the a/c works well, and the wifi is excellent. Why not 5 stars then? No hot water for showers, but the "cold" water is hardly cold, in fact. There's no breakfast with the room, but you can order one separately for a very modest sum. There is food available onsite, though there's a place that makes excellent cap cay a short walk away, out the main gate, right, right, and right again - it's shortly before you get to Indomart on the left side of the road, next to the barber's. The staff/owners were brilliant. Easy to contact via WhatsApp and nothing I asked of them was an issue. Room was very big and clean, with a kettle tea/coffee. Comfortable beds and good air con. It is a little walk from the main street but not far enough to be an issue. The owner gave me a WhatsApp number for the local delivery guys as I didn't want to go out one night. It is also only 2 hours drive away from the whale shark tours, so if you wanted to hire a scooter and drive there yourself early morning, you would save yourself some money on the accommodation over there as it is...

I'm a motorcycle traveller, and this place ticked all my boxes. Good parking area where I was able to do some routine maintenance. Room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed with good air con. Staff were fine and friendly. There are not many eating options close by but that wasn't a problem for me as I had my own wheels. I will stay here again as it's good...
