GRAND KHALIFAH Guesthouse — Hotel in Sumbawa

The accommodation is basic but offered everything what you need for short stay. We liked the calm location of the guest house, which was close to the supermarket and some warungs with delicious food. We want to highlight the excellent service. The owner and staff were super friendly. I would say one of the friendliest person I met during my trip! We were able to check in early after our long trip. Also the owner gave us recommendations e.g. restaurants nearby, trip to moyo island, whale shark tour and especially he helped us with information about the public transportations to our next destination, which we couldn’t manage to do ourselves without speaking Indonesian. During our stay at Moyo Island we could also store our luggage at the place.

The place is a bit far from the city centre, but you can get a shuttle service or rent a scooter at the guesthouse for a reasonable price. Thank you team Khalifah...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The owner speaks very good English and was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was clean, neat, and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the little seating area in front of our bungalow, a perfect spot to relax.

An excellent hotel in Sumbawa Besar. The hotel is clean, very well organized, and we lack nothing. There is even a prayer mat in the room, and there is secure parking for the motor bike very excellent 👍🏽

The owner is a very serious, very helpful, and very professional man; he also speaks very good English. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and we felt very welcome.
