Stayed 1 night at this very reasonable priced hotel. Walking distance from Tg Pinang Ferry Terminal. This hotel was recently renovated and it was new, nice and clean. Room was minimally decorated which gives it a spacious feel. Room at the corner was quiet and faces the sea from afar. Wifi strength was good. Lift access to room levels had no security function even though there was a tap access (not working). Room shower was dysfunctional as it quickly discharges hot and cold water intermittently. Housekeeping service was fast to provide extra toilet roll and pillows at our request. Hotel has an enclosed roof top sitting lounge on the 8th floor but it wasn’t open the night before nor in the morning when we are there, pity. Breakfast was not of an international standard with mostly carbohydrates and hardly any protein (only eggs and no milk). Fruits station was not replenished despite requesting for it 3 times. I made reservation for two rooms through email and asked for non smoking rooms. They confirmed it but when we arrived around 4 pm, one room was not ready yet and they told me they don't have non smoking room. ||||The rooms smell cigarette smoke so bad, a lot of mosquitoes, the towels smell bad, and the mattress is hard. We can't sleep almost all night because it was so noisy. The window was broken so can't be closed all the way. Our room faced the main street, and there were people standing in front of the hotel and they were so noisy.
