Hotel Segiri — Hotel in Tarakan

The stars only exist due to the friendly staffs. They are kind and try their best to help you enjoying your stay because the building absolutely can not do that. This is my worst hotel experience so far. Within my fist 3 days, I came across half a dozen cockroaches under the table and the shelves by the door. Cleanliness is absolutely a huge problem here. My fist and foremost suggest for you would be not to look under the bet. Just do not ever. The last wall painting was probably 3-4 years ago and no regular maintenance was seen. You could get a quite big room for only 400.000 a night. Thank God (sometimes) they serve...

Pesan di Traveloka kamar type deluxe, tapi pas check in dapatnya type superior. Katany terjadi miss di resepsionis, sementara deluxe sudah full. Tapi manajernya menawarkan cash back 50 ribu rupiah. Bolehlah. :D. Resepsionis cukup ramah.

Kamar superior cukup bagus untuk harga 400k. Fasilitas kamar AC, TV kabel, handuk, sikat gigi dan sabun, n dapet sandal. Cuma penerangan di kamar mandi kurang terang menurutku.

Wi-fi bermasalah pas tgl 29.11.2017 pagi, jadinya ndak bisa on line dari kamar. On line harus ke lobby.

Menu sarapan standard, ada mie, lauk 1 macam, sayur, roti dan nasi. Minuman kopi sama teh aja. Kalo lagi bosen sama makanan hotel, sekitar hotel juga banyak warung dan jajanan.

Kebersihan dapet 7 poin untuk skala 1-10. :)

Posisi hotel cukup dekat dengan Plaza Ghusher, Ramayana, dan Kawasan Konservasi Mangrove dan Bekantan. Tempat terakhir adalah alasan utamaku inap di Segiri, 200 meter aja jaraknya, bisalah pake...

2nd time here. Still as good, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Hot shower not so good, as sometimes really hot, sometimes not hot at all. Wifi available but connection was bit poor. Breakfast abit too simple. But...
