MyCity Hotel — Hotel in Tarakan

What a bad service we had. Air conditioner in our room leaked, and for sure we already report it in the morning and they were call the mechanic to repair it immediately. I thought it was done but the AC still leaked.

The other day at night, receptionist called us in last minute to notify that they will doing air conditioning repairs, which is we as a guests need a rest after a long activity. They give us advice to move in other room as solution , but that wasn't a solution ! it is too late to tidy up our things and move rooms. We are tired !!

Prioritize the comfort of your guests, please ! With amount that we pay for deluxe room cost 425.000/night, we deserve best hospitality...

It's a hotel with quite old facilities inside, still ok for a transit hotel/short term stay. The location is good. Would be better if bathroom facilities are improved/renewed, and front desk staff could be friendly-er. They will charge you 2% if using debit card payment so better...
