RedDoorz Syariah @ Hotel Kencana Tasikmalaya — Hotel in Tasikmalaya

Ok so I feel an obligation to write this review to warn anyone potentially thinking of staying here.. this is not to be nasty or petty but rather to say it how it is.. I booked here for three nights, yes it is super cheap, but that is typical for Java, it’s super affordable.. I arrived at my room and to my absolute horror, I will break down what I experienced without prejudice or exaggeration.. mouldy curtains, not a few specs, black mould visible all over, dirty bedding, the pale yellow kind, wall paper peeling off the walls, a lot, an old leather lounge that was so worn it was cracked and grossly faded.. then the bathroom, the grit was black, the toilet was yellowish brown, this is not an exaggeration.. I waited for the nice man to leave and called my partner and just broke down, it was horrendous and something I have never ever experienced in all my years of travelling.. I am train travelling around Java solo, I wanted to go budget, why not.. but after this experiment, yes I ran so fast, budget is out the door.. I contacted head office, they responded straight away, they wanted photos, I didn’t stay long enough for that, but I strongly suggested to them they send a representative over there asap.. please do not book, they want your money also before you get there.. interesting.. please don’t trust the photos online.. and honestly, I am not one to complain or leave bad...

Bangunannya hotel lama. Ada beberapa bercak jamur di dinding. Ga dapet lemari baju. Ada terasnya buat nongkrong. Colokan cuman 1. TV channel tapi bukan smart tv. Wifi lumayan kenceng, udh wc duduk, dan ada air anget. Ga dapet air minum, tapi dpet handuk 2. Ga ada alat mandi lain jadi harus bawa sendiri. Diatas seprei agak berpasir tapi ya its OK. AC dingin dan pas ke arah kasur. SELIMUT TIPIS TAPI ANEHNYA ANGET BGT 😍. di kamar mandi ada lubang gitu jadi ya kedengeran ampe kamar sebelah. Takut aja dipake tempat ngintip. Front office adanya di samping. Untuk lokasi mah juara, keluar hotel langsung...

Sayang sekali dg label Reddoorz, sama sekali tidak standard Reddoorz.Kebersihan tidak terjaga disemua item, gorden,. Lantai, AC yg soutdoor bocor banjir, toilet kecil airnya, TV tidak jelas semut semut, bantal bau, ruangan bau rokok. Heran aja dg harga 250 di lantai 2 , kamar 202 sungguh kami tidak puas. Dan kecewa. Andaikandi trempat lain pasti lebih bagus dg standard oyo. Jadi tidak...
