The worst hotel that I ever stay! Not recommended at all. I'm disappointed. Best City Hotel need a lot of improvement. First impression was this hotel like meubel store in level 5, because they put matresses in the alley. Group just checked out. This hotel is quite new in town, but not good in maintenance (dirty bathroom -- dirty spots on the floor, soap/shampoo dispenser is rusty, dirty towel look old). Small arking area. The security was not standby to arrange traffic in and out hotel. No liquid soap, it was empty. Even 2nd day after cleaning service make up room, still empty. 2nd day, elevator was under maintenance, so we had to use stairs to went down from level 5. We were staying in the room that had connecting door. This the worst part. In the night , I couldn't sleep because guests from another room was very noisy until 2.30 am. And pretty sure they were smoking (note: rooms in level 5 are non smoking room). I called the recepsionist and yes they sent someone to warned but I'm not sure they checked or not about are they smoking in the room or not. Hotel should be more firm and fine them about somoking rule. I was asking that hotel was not full occupancy for superior room, they should gave another room not in the next door that connected...

Read moreThe hotel is very comfortable and clean. They give you soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and a toothpaste. However, I advice you to bring your own shampoo or soap since it's very small for more than one night. The bed is very comfy and feels nice, the blanket is also a fair amount of thickness for the cold AC, the view is also great. The service is friendly and helpful too. Once, I accidentally locked myself out of my own room then, the staff came and helped me with the problem. The bathroom is good, everything works perfectly in the bathroom. The TV is not a smart tv so, they don't have Netflix or YouTube but, you can watch some TV shows. I just used to watch next level chef in one of the channels when eating. Overall, the hotel is actually a great, affordable place to stay so, I definitely recommend it if you are just staying...
