Horrible hotel; I am amazed at its good rating even though it is terrible in many ways!!

Hotels in the popular markets are much better than this hotel; one star is too much for a rating!

1. I asked for ironing clothes, they didn't have them, even though the order was at 6:00 pm

2. I asked to bring an iron and an iron table, they brought only the table, and they said there is no iron available now! What should I do with the table only?

3. Reception staff not answering calls, called them six times, even if they are busy they have to answer, or, to call back later, but they did not!

4. Holding a concert, the sound of songs and loud music continues until now (the time is now 1:30 AM after midnight)! It is audible in all rooms

Is this a hotel or a nightclub? Although today is Sunday, and tomorrow is Monday, regular business days, I can't imagine what the situation is like...

Worst experience ever. I am totally surprised be a hotel that's 5 star to not have a slipper for the room, the jacuzzi wasn't working and the room was too dark. The breakfast menu looked like a one of a hotel with the worst ratings not many options were available. The staff was not helpful for full filling the our simple requests. I won't visit this hotel again. One more thing to add. The reception wasn't answering my calls I had to go down by myself to ask them for any requests!!! And the hotel was too noisy. I wouldn't recommend it, there are other hotels with a much cheaper price and a much better location and more specious room and more friendly staff with a much better breakfast. I wouldn't...
