From the moment we arrived at the main gate, the strong presence of security staff gave us a sense of safety and reassurance.||Once inside the lobby, we were warmly welcomed by an exceptionally friendly and professional team, all greeting us with genuine smiles.||The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view—perfect for both work and relaxation.||And the food… I am truly speechless. With four restaurants, including generous breakfast and lunch buffets, the dining experience was one of the finest I’ve ever had. Both the presentation and taste were outstanding, with a wide variety that catered to every preference. Chef Azzam and his team deserve special recognition for their excellence and kindness. A special thank you also goes to the waiter who made every meal more enjoyable with his attentiveness and positive attitude.||We also had the honor of meeting the hotel manager, Mr. Eddy Nohra, a down-to-earth leader who was always available to ensure both staff and guests were well taken care of. In addition, Mrs. Maricris, the head of marketing, was simply delightful—helpful, approachable, and a big part of what made our stay unforgettable. Her assistant, Mr. Ninwaya, was just as kind and supportive, making sure every detail went smoothly.||Who would have thought a business trip could turn into such an enjoyable journey, leaving us excited to return again?
