We were here for 17 days in July 2018
Conclusion: where you have russian or ukraine guys working, the work is done good and properly in general.
In most departments where you have arab guys working, the quality is very poor - in the kitchen, restaurant, roomcleaning etc. This is not racicm. Its a fact of 17 days of experience !!!
All in one an acceptable hotel with ups and downs. Could do better with refreshment of furniture and bathrooms.
First the good things: 👍👍👍
Roomcleaning has improved during our stay. Bedlinen have been changed after 11 !!! days. Thank you. Cleaning in the hotel is partly better.
The head of animation team Moshe Salsa is still doing a great job. Every day - 24/7. Moshe is playing with and helping everyone, no matter if child or adult.
Alyona, the restaurant manager is very helpful and kind. She is doing her best so we have good breakfast and dinner. Food is always enough and variuosly.
Arthur the Barman and restaurant employee is trying very hard. He is great in the morning in the day time and in the evening. Very polite and helpful.
The food for dinner in some of the days was very tasty and of big range.
The ideal hotel for families with small children.
The bad things:👎
Bread, fruits and vegetables are not always fresh at breakfast and dinner. To much sweet dishes and less other food.
The bottom of the pool must be cleaned properly. It was dirty throughout our stay of 17 days.
Music in the evening mostly too loud and to the taste of the orientalic guests, although they were not always the majority...
Read moreMy family and I stayed at the Prima Music hotel in Eilat for 3 nights over the Independence Day weekend. The hotel was nice, and our rooms were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were fine, and the staff was very accomodating with gluten free food for our grandson. The pool is wonderful. There could be more towels available at the pool area. ||The hotel is a bit out of the way so you would need a car or taxi to visit the tourist area. On weekends parking is problematic because many guests do not move their cars over the Sabbath, and taxis to the center are expensive. ||The reason for my 3 stars is the in-house entertainer, Moshe Salsa, whose voice still resonates in my head. Everything about him was loud from his voice to his choice of music to the volume of the speakers. There was no consideration of rest hours. He seemed to be everywhere, at the pool or in the hotel club room. When I complained about it, I did not feel empathy from the staff at reception. They said that it’s a holiday, and when I insisted that the noise was unbearable, they said that they would talk to him. They did offer to change my room, which I did. The situation improved a bit, but I still heard him from the basement club room up to the 3rd floor!! While we enjoy being entertained, there needs to be a balance, and all guests need to be considered. Some people just want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with their family with some tasteful entertainment a few...
Read moreOverall a good stay, but be prepared waiting to be seated for breakfast for more than half an hour every morning, no kidding. So the hotel is kids friendly with plenty evening activities. The rooms are small, but include kids dedicated beds, which is nice. The food was reasonably good. The major downside as mentioned is the waiting line in the morning for the breakfast, we waited on average around 30 minutes every day just to get in, one day it was 45 minutes on the clock, this is insane. I don't remember that I had something like that in a last decade. Other than that, the music theme is weakly developed, mostly in the wallpapers, and several museum like shelves. No music related activities were going, no explanation if anything worth exploring was available. No thermostats in the room, that means you are the thermostat, turning on and off the conditioner, and getting cold in the night. The stuff was friendly and helpful, parking was busy, but I was able to find a spot every day, so no complaints about that. The shower was good, hot water is fine. Beds are good, and everything is clean and nice. We even got some complementary ferrero roshe chokolads and water upon arrival in the room. So good overall stay, but each hotel has downsides, the morning wait is this...
