Stayed for almost a full week in August 2024. This hotel is located on a hill top near Baia Sardinia which means you have very good views, although that is almost the only advantage and strong point. You will need a car to get to it as there is a country road off the main road to drive up, which is also quite dark at night. Car parking is also limited and you also have to climb more steps (also not always lit) afterwards to reach the hotel itself (difficult with suitcases, bags etc. - we were not told this before arriving). We arrived late evening and immediately had a problem with the shower which was leaking and we got sprayed when we turned it on. This was momentarily fixed by the night-porter, who told us it would be checked the next day, but it never was during the whole stay. We informed reception but nothing was done. We also informed that one bedside light was not working but it was never fixed. We also asked for an extra pillow and luckily we got one from the room cleaners, asking them directly. Breakfast is quite good although sometimes things run out and not always replaced quickly. (A lot of the guests are younger people who arrive later). We tried the restaurant one evening (going out in the evening means taking the car - you can't walk anywhere) but there was very little choice, it was very expensive (food and drink) and quality was average. Also nothing typical Sardinian. Service was good and friendly - the bar/breakfast/restaurant serving staff is the only positive note of this so-called 'four star' 'resort'. Swimming pool seemed ok but we didn't use it. Our room (raised ground floor) also had the balcony onto the pool area so we had people walking past, talking, smoking etc. outside our window. The room is an adequate size and clean, although bins were not emptied every day. A/C OK. There is a fridge but we only discovered it at the end of the stay as it is 'hidden' in a cupboard (nobody told us when we arrived). Overall not recommended unless you just want to lie by the pool and enjoy the view. Does not deserve 'four stars'.

🔝New young team management, the staff are super welcoming, friendly & willing to help. They have recently re-open the structure and you can see they are putting a lot of effort and enthusiasm to make it work. The room and some amenities are outdated (20 years ago) but overall the hotel is quite cozy. The sea/pool view from the room balcony is very nice & you can also enjoy the chill out music from the bar. Some common areas such as the pool, bar area & the outdoor terrace are more modern , nicely decorated and with an outstanding view. Breakfast was very nice in the outdoor terrace & with a wide assortment of sweet & salty offers (cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, bacon , cold-cuts …). They also offer some more elaborated offer (omelet, avocado toast …) at an extra price. They have some parking sports just in front of the reception, and some others in a bigger parking below connected with stairs. Also offer the option to rent some motorbikes. Only two downsides from our POV were: - the mattress was super hard and uncomfortable for our taste. - you can hear everything from the room, our neighbors had a kid that was running and screaming , we could hear when other people flush at night or even walked with heels or speak loud.

The best about this hotel is its location: nice view across the bay, close to Baja Sardinia and only a short drive away from all the major beaches of Costa Smeralda. We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of July. However, the hotel is rather old. Reception, pool, restaurant and common areas are ok but the rooms are really outdated and in need of renovation. Definitely not 4-star standard and not worth the price we paid. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room and the ac was leaking several times inside the room. You could also hear people walk by. The staff was very friendly and tried to help, but couldn’t really solve all the issues (Wi-Fi). Breakfast was simple but ok. Not 4-star standard either and on one day they were out of gluten-free bread.

First of all, if you are looking for a fun time don’t come here. it’s too quiet. We went to Phi beach and spent a lot of money on a ticket. The front desk asked us if we want a transfer going which was cool. But they said after midnight it’s not possible for a transfer so we have to call a taxi. Didn’t think anything of it’s We spent an hour calling taxis and Ubers, asking other taxis, and no one was available to drive us home. We had to walk home 2 hours in heels. No cars would stop for us to give us a ride home. The only taxi company available who kept answering the phone refused to drive us to this hotel because they have bad business with this hotel. I begged them to even drop us off at the bottom of the hill after an hour and half of walking (which would have only been an 8 min car ride) and they wouldn’t. They gave us another taxi number and no one answered. It was dark and rocky, my friend tripped and scrapped her legs and hands were bleeding. After spending time waving down every and any car like a hitch hiker, two lovely young Italians finally turned around to help us. By that time they gave us a ride, we only had the hill up to the hotel. We wanted to do an excursion or beach, but we barely slept and our feet were throbbing. When we got back to the room, there was a huge bug, about 2” long staring at us from the bed. We’re so disappointed.

The hotels website states it’s a free shuttle to the beach but it’s not free, you have to buy the bucket which included the umbrella and chairs and shuttle. We heard such great things about Sardegna but unless you rent a car, you cannot go out at night anywhere. There’s nothing around, no places to eat easily walkable, so best to eat in the hotel. It’s such a shame to spend so much money to be somewhere and not enjoy it.

There is no music by the pool. It is just silence. The pool was pool of people and no words were spoken. I’m convinced that everyone also hates it here. The kids do not even speak. There were no splashes.

One great thing was housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily, and Mauro the personal driver was amazing. He made our trip better. I don’t know how this is 4 stars.

You can only eat during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. You cannot eat any time all day long. The menu is super limited but unfortunately a car to go 5 min down the road cost 30€ one way to another restaurant, doesn’t...

The hotel is lovely, with a beautiful view on the sea and a bit outside of Baja Sardinia in a calm area.

The rooms are clean and fair for the price. The hotel is probably one of the best in Baja Sardinia. The only thing a bit disappointed are the products in the room. We only had one small shampoo for the whole week. We recommend to bring your products with you.

The employees are the best thing about the hotel! They’re all super friendly and kind.

Let’s starts with Frederico. He’s welcoming and always smiling. His English is very good which is nice because not everyone on the island understands us. Great person and nice tattoos !

Then Giordano, lovely young guy that is always here to bring you delicious coffee. He is very respectful. Also great staff member !

Marco the F&B manager. He can even speak a bit of French (Oui oui bonjour comment ça va)! He gave us a magical shot of something like limoncello but called differently… We don’t remember the name but we slept very well afterwards. Thank you!

Then, Enrico! He needs to improve a little bit his English. Unfortunately we couldn’t speak much with him which was a shame because he is very good looking (could also work as a top model). However, very professional and also very nice !

Carolina the sunshine of the hotel ! Always in a good mood. She is not only a good waitress but also a wonderful and a lovely lady. We were delighted to meet her !

Sylvia! We meet her at the end of our stay. She organized our doggy bag as we had to leave early to the airport. Thanks to her we didn’t starve to death !

And Ricardo! He gives good advice on where to go and what to do. He is helpful and answers any request you could have. He has a positive energy and is very funny!

We definitely recommend...
