Good communication from Virginia meant we got the quiet room at the back rather than the one overlooking the main (!) street - so two rooms (each with en suite + toiletries) connected by smallish entrance hall/kitchenette, hence ideal for 2 couples/family. All facilities including large fridge, cooker, crockery & cutlery etc and coffee machine + free coffee. No air con but electric fans that we didn't really need, even in mid-July. Clean and well-maintained. No elevator so quite a few steps up to the 2nd floor. Free parking is less than 2 minutes away. Located just off Via Soccini, with several useful little shops, banks, cafes, restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes - perfect as a base for visiting Tuscany! (And pay no attention to the previous reviewer who booked into the wrong hotel in...

This forced us to stay three and a half hours from the Airport for a 6am flight!! We will...
