Boutique Hotel Zum Rosenbaum — Hotel in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

Terrible experience, we initially planned to stay there for a couple of days but we had to change our plans due to an expected family care obligation/urgency. We explained our situation to the front desk manager, the receptionist head a professionnal lady at first sight - but appeared to be rude and unempathetic.. we explained our situation but she did not want to understand us and even accused us lieing - first time ever someone would treat us that bad in a hotel or whenever where I am a legitimate guest with honest requests and intentions. Despite our excuses and requests for compassion, the hotel was not fully booked at all, they forced us to pay for the nights booked not prepaid and took our IDs in hostage. Terrible behaviors I would never recommend that place to anyone due to this experience first time ever in my lifetime and the receptionist head was really rude to us. I just cannot understand why professionals - like the owners - tolerate people like this working in their hotel. It is a real shame for...

Wow!! What a hotel and restaurant!!||My wife and I (Americans) planned to drive from Innsbruck to Bolzano for the night. When we got to Bolzano, she did not find it charming and she found Zum Rosenbaum on an internet search. We drove over to Nalles to see the place before booking a room. ||That is where the hospitality began. Before even booking a room, the receptionist TOOK us to see 2 different rooms before choosing the right room for us. ||That was just the beginning. They printed menus in English solely for us. They typically cater to Italian or German speaking patrons. ||Next, they purchased a book on the South Tyrol region in English that they offered to us to take home that shows all the history of the region. ||Add all this to the wonderful scenery of the area and the gorgeous grounds...you cannot go wrong. ||Unmatched hospitality. Worth all 5 Stars...

Non sapendo proprio da dove iniziare, cerco di riassumere in punti:|Location|Perfetta per visitare comodamente i mercatini di natale di Merano, Bolzano e la foresta natalizia della Forst a Lagundo.|Con qualche km in più di auto si arriva anche a Bressanone.|Non lontano nemmeno per salire in quota dagli impianti di risalita per merano 2000.|L'albergo fornisce anche delle tessere per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici (treni e autobus). Davvero comodi quando non vuoi preoccuparti di parcheggiare o del traffico.|Struttura: |Una perla nel paese. Bellissimo.|Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.|Noi siamo stati in una delle stanze più piccole (piccola rose o qualcosa di simile) e devo dire che è comunque confortevole e curata. |Il bagno è spazioso e ha una cabina armadio molto comoda. |Tutto molto pulito.|Servizi: |Il vero punto forte. C'è tutto, anche quello che non ti aspetti.|Un comodissimo zaino, calzascarpe, acqua, mele, bacchette per camminate in montagna, parcheggio interno coperto, sauna (dove non è ammesso il costume, comunque un ambiente molto discreto), area relax con tisane, biscotti, accappatoi, ciabatte.|Non si deve pensare a nulla.|Ristorante e colazione:|Parto dalla colazione, che in questa struttura, diventa il momento più bello della giornata. |Ogni tavolo ha a disposizione una serie di piatti (vedi foto) e in più può servirsi di dolci e salato a buffet con possibilità di avere anche uova in diversi modi (non perdetevele).|Il personale di sala è eccezionale, cordiale e sempre attento ad ogni esigenza. Siamo stati viziati.|Il ristorante è davvero buono, menù sempre diverso e con il giusto prezzo (la comodità di mangiare nella stessa struttura è un valore aggiunto).|Piacevolissima sorpresa scoprire che il cenone di Capodanno era incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno. |Non era a mio avviso chiarissimo in fase di prenotazione ma è un valore aggiunto considerevole.|Se posso dare un consiglio lo avrei sponsorizzato di più su booking perché è un servizio veramente di qualità. Specie considerando la qualita dei piatti ( per me il mio miglior cenone di fine anno).|Che dire di altro? Solo che i proprietari sono una famiglia che dedica impegno e cuore nell'accogliere i loro ospiti. |Vi dico solo che capita che il padre passi tra i tavoli a scambiare quattro chiacchiere o a suggerire qualche visita o che in reception ci si trovi a parlare di programmi per la giornata.|Speriamo di...
