PIZZA TIME NALLES — Restaurant in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

Metto 1 stella perché di meno non ne posso mettere!!! Ho ordinato una maxi pizza e un'insalata alle 19.10. Alle 19.35 è arrivato il fattorino e messi a tavola abbiamo immediatamente notato che la pizza era sbagliata. Abbiamo chiamato per farla cambiare e ci hanno proposto inizialmente di mangiare quella ricevuta. Contestata la pizza perché contenente ingredienti che non potevamo mangiare ci hanno detto che avrebbero rimandato il fattorino con la pizza corretta. Alle 20.00 abbiamo richiamato per avere aggiornamenti e la dipendente ci ha detto che era stata già spedita e che stava arrivando, che avevano tardato perché c'erano molti ordini. Abbiamo atteso nuovamente e alle 20.25 abbiamo richiamato, dato che per il tragitto si impiega solamente 3 minuti in macchina e la dipendente ci ha nuovamente detto che stava partendo. Sono le 20.47 e ancora non è arrivato nulla. Servizio pessimo. Siamo dovuti andare al locale e richiedere il rimborso. La pizza era ancora lì nel locale. La stava mettendo nel cartone il momento in cui...

Ich war jetzt 3 mal hier und schreibe die Rezession mit der Hoffnung dass sich die Qualität in Zukunft erhöht.

Der Kebab ist leider nicht genießbar. Es gibt nur sehr wenig Fleisch im Brötchen, dafür dann aber viel zu viel Zwiebel und diese nicht mal richtig geschnitten. Es gibt auch ein rotes Gemüse im Kebab welches ich sonst nirgenst ins Brötchen bekommen habe. Das passt meiner Meinung nach nicht dazu, der Kebab schmeckt sehr stark nach diesem Gemüse und errinnert eher nach Salat als nach Kebab.

Hier sollte noch etwas experimentiert werden um rauszufinden wie viel von was, der Richtige mix für einen ordentlichen Kebab ist. So ist das nichts! Ich bezahle auch gerne etwas mehr wenn das das Problem ist... Aber ich will kein SALATBRÖTCHEN!!

Ich werde in Zukunft nochmal hingehen und die Rezesion updaten sollte sich bis dahin etwas...
