Residence Nettuno — Hotel in Campomarino

We stayed at this hotel to break a long journey from Sicily to Venice. We booked it through a search engine at the last minute. The hotel is quite run down and the rooms are very basic and it is obvious that very little maintenance is done, or the room checked after people have left. It was also very hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning. Upon arrival we were told that no linen was provided unless you pay extra. We were promised a balcony, but were not given one. Room was sold with tea and coffee making facilities, however there was no tea or coffee provided, and not even a kettle. In the most embarrassing way possible, my daughter found out that toilet paper is also not provided. ||||We had a very bad nights sleep as all the shutters on the entire complex rattled all night in the wind, so we ended up leaving at 5am giving up trying to sleep. For the price it is not worth it. I would not pay more than 40 Euros a night for this hotel, it was certainly not the bargain we were told of for 90 Euros. ||||The only redeeming element of the hotel was the restaurant they...

I wish I could rate this lower. The apartment was very basic which is fine, but it was FILTHY. There were a few plates and some cutlery - it was all greasy and caked in filth. The fridge was grimy. The bathroom has loads of cut pipes sticking out the wall. The bedrooms looked like prison cells. The main bedroom’s light didn’t work. There was one fan in the whole apartment so felt like you were suffocating at night. When checking out there was saliva dripping down the inside of the lift where someone had spat. The only good point was that the shower had good pressure. This cost us 170 euros for one night so we could attend a wedding. This was on ferro augusto so demand was high but is basic hygiene too much to ask?! Avoid...

Nell' intento di prolungare le ferie di altri due giorni il 16 agosto io e altre tre persone alla ricerca su pagine bianche punto it trovo qualche contatto comincio a chiamare ma nulla! tutto pieno! Finché arrivo a contattare la struttura in questione l'unica ad avere posto per il 17/18 agosto per 4 persone. In 4 adulti! tutto documentato al Ceck in inizialmente per due giorni la richiesta è stata di €450 per scendere a €350 per due giorni..Senza luce al piano senza aria condizionata senza zanzariere senza colazione senza biancheria (pagamento a parte)senza lido(da pagare a parte) senza wifi senza alcun confort €350 solo pernottamento in una struttura ferma agli anni 70 senza alcuna manutenzione,fatiscente e sporca senza il minimo necessario per una sosta dignitosa. Non capisco come si possa scegliere di fare commercio mercenario e non accoglieza turistica noncuranti del fatto che possono fregarti al massimo una volta!perché si ritorna dove si è stati bene. ..sopratutto non capisco le recensioni positive dalle quali mi dissocio totalmente! ho avuto modo di perlustrare la zona nulla!che faccia pensare che ci siano mai passati i NAS.Ci sono posti più carini a campomarino e dintorni compreso Termoli a costo inferiore con qualità superlativa per cui non vi consiglio questa struttura neppure per la sosta a ore.(risp.alla bugiarda signora.. i conti li so fare benissimo 350 euro x 2 notti 4 persone sono più di 85 euro a persona se la stanza che lei chiama "appartamento" è per 6 persone non è un problema mio, inoltre se quelle due stanze sporche più bagno di cui ho le foto per lei è un "appartamento" x 6 credo lei abbia seri problemi cognitivi) ribadisco il concetto che spostandosi un pochino ci sono persone oneste che mirano a fare accoglienza a prezzi decentie servizio...
