THE ROOM||Exposed electronic door key holder but no key card it was a metal key which when used to unlock door it would be a manoeuvre or difficulty to open. When promised a safe this was not provided or given to us so I had to take my belongings with me just in case . |The cupboard did not shut it kept banging open due to how cramped the room was. even though every night me and the other person in my room moved the beds apart every single time we walked back in they had pushed the two single beds back together again. |They for some random reason decided to unplug and neatly arrange our plugs which were in the wall every time they came into the room, along with turning off the air-conditioning| The shower was atrocious. It was aiming at the wall. There was two thick streams of water. It wasn’t really a shower more like a downpour which was aimed towards the wall and not the person. This was really difficult to shower in.|The Bidet was very aggressive and soaked our room when turned on and then had to be cleaned up using g the towels accessible in our room due to someone slipping and falling into the tile floor|The television was at an angle and was hanging on by the tv cable or else it would have fell off. The channels (I do understand that it is in Italy) didn’t have one channel in English meaning it was useless to us |The windows in the room kept jamming and whenever opened it needed supervision as any one could just walk into your room through the window which lead to a sever case of paranoia as due to the previously mentioned lack of safe in our room we could of been robbed of our expensive belongings |I was missing some clothing and it was 100% not in our room so I do believe that it must of been taken along the trip and I am very disappointed |The phones In the rooms could ring anyone in the hotel so I was rung multiple times by random rooms as pranks in the night which really disturbed my sleep||THE BREAKFAST||At breakfast they served hotdogs as the sausages which was disappointing . The only good thing I found was the cake which was still dry but it tasted very nice. There spread of options was not for me and all I had on the rare occasion was a plastic cup of pineapple juice ( I wasn’t aloud to pour it myself someone else had to do it for me) which was finished before I sat down due to how thirsty I was and how small the plastic cup was ||THE DINNER||At dinner the water was brought out in labelled bottles to be shared across the table. You got given one bottle of natural and one of sparkling but in some occasions they gave us two bottles of sparkling water even though it was labels natural this meant we had to go through a bottle of sparkling water (which no one on the table liked) so that we can get another bottle of water. This water bottle only served three people.and then was empty we then had to wait for more to come to to the table so we could serve the other half or the table and even the glasses they provided where small fine glasses which held not a large amount of water. In general water was a big issue when at dinner due to how hot and thirsty some people where due to the very hot sun.|Plates were grabbed out our hands and some tables didn’t even have plates and when trying to acquire a plate of a different unoccupied table we got told off in Italian (which we didn’t understand) and they took the plate of and brought some more from somewhere else.|The food you do not order you just get what is being made at the time meaning if you didn’t like it you had to put up with it and they got really offended when you didn’t want something (they sighed said “really” and also “again” in a really derogatory manor) ||THE POOL||The pool which is difficult to find as you have to go through a tight door past some construction work to get to it. It was lot an inviting route at all and was not signposted. Hair was in the pool and the water didn’t smell of a good smell it. In that area there was what seems to be an expansion area where they are constructing rooms to be but these where not blocked off so when I walked in there where exposed wires I could have tripped over it was strange. Also a precursor the pool does shut at 6:30 and you must be out the area by that time. The pool (big bath tub) only fits an estimate of 6 people before it gets too crowded and due to the size of the pool it is awkward if there is anyone else in with you||ALLERGIES||If you have a cat allergy you should not come due to them feeding a (there could be multiple) cat in the hotel leading it to stick around the premises. Just in case you should probably not visit (not like you should anyway) but they do accommodate food options for people with dietary needs but this food is not of the best quality with on one occasion serving a plain big slice of what looked and tasted to be...

Read morepros: the concierge was very helpful ordering taxis. The aesthetic of the room and views from our patio were beautiful.
Wifi in the room was nonexistent and only accessible in the lobby. Shower was awful. Hotel restaurant is awful. They gave us a 30 minute window to come down and eat. €30 for a fixed two course dinner menu would be fine if the food was half decent. My lasagne came ice cold in some parts and hot in others, telling me it was microwaved. The sea bream and potatoes was nothing, fish and potatoes and salt. Panna cotta was seriously just gelatine with syrup and literally came with a fly on top of it. They turned the lights off in the dining room while we were eating. There is nothing to eat between 9:30am-7:30pm. The concierge was kind enough to get us “mozzarella and ham” around noon but the mozzarella ball was grey, the prosciutto clearly old, dark, smelled horrendous, and came with a hair in it. They advertise having a bar and service from 3pm-11pm but we were told it didn’t open until 6pm and frankly we have no idea where it would be if it existed. Breakfast was included in our stay. The hot items were questionable but they did provide decent coffee/tea, pastries, and fruit. There is a pool in view from our floor but was not advertised or in use. Google maps is misleading and advertises restaurants within walking distance that do not exist. We were supposed to stay for a total of 4 nights and left the morning after the 2nd night because we couldn’t believe how disappointing it was. If you are capable of spending the money (€25+) to get into town multiple times a day for meals and entertainment Im sure you would enjoy this stay. The hotel itself is nice looking but the area and the amenities provided were very strange...
