Il Dubbio — Restaurant in Castellammare di Stabia

We originally thought this resturant looked so “cute”, as most of the waiting staff are older gentlemen and it was relatively busy the night we popped in. A nice mix of locals and some tourists. The food as totally fine a starter of Parma ham and melon 4/10 (poor Parma) and a main course of Linguine and pecorino 8/10. The issue for me was the “bill” we were clearly charged extra because we were tourists. An added service charge (not standard in Italy) and a cover charge 4time the normal amount Increased our bill from around €70 to €90 and then the waiter stood beside us till we gave him a tip. This whole experience just left us feeling taken advantage off. We have had nothing but clear and fair service and treatment so far in the rest of Stabia and this just felt...

Ambiente informale, atmosfera rilassata: Una caratteristica che immediatamente si distingue è l'atmosfera informale del locale. Un ambiente accogliente e rilassato, ideale per coloro che cercano una pausa dal caos quotidiano.

Eccellenza nei sapori: Il punto forte del Ristorante Il Dubbio risiede senza dubbio nella qualità dei suoi piatti. Ogni boccone è una sinfonia di sapori, una celebrazione della cucina locale preparata con maestria e passione.

Sfumature di confusione: Tuttavia, non posso ignorare le sfumature di confusione che si sono manifestate durante la mia esperienza. Un certo disorientamento nel servizio e nell'organizzazione potrebbe essere migliorato per garantire un'esperienza più fluida e senza intoppi.

Efficienza nel servizio: Nonostante ciò, il servizio è stato tempestivo e efficiente. Il personale si è dimostrato attento alle esigenze dei clienti, pur mantenendo un ritmo veloce e dinamico.

In conclusione, il Ristorante Il Dubbio offre una esperienza gastronomica soddisfacente, con piatti eccezionali e un'atmosfera accogliente. Nonostante alcune piccole criticità, rimane una destinazione apprezzabile per chiunque desideri deliziarsi con autentici...

Also eigentlich recht nette Atmosphäre, Pizza hat auch gut geschmeckt, dann aber die Bedienung -.- Man übersieht, dass sie nicht gut Englisch können, man übersieht dass man nicht gerade das bekommt was man vorher vereinbart hat (ich habe etwas anders den Beleg der Pizza mit dem Kellner vereinbart - aber ok, ist nicht schlimm) aber dann bei der Rechnung tischen sie einem irgendwelche Kosten auf, dann regen sich frech über das 'Trinkgeld' auf, also 10% von der Rechnung ist ihm nicht genug... Also ich hoffe, die armselige Bedienung bekommt noch ein Kurs in Punkto "Höfliches Benehmen mit den Gästen", "Netterweise Lächeln", "Vermeidung von idiotischen Gestikulationen" oder ähnliches von der Arbeiterkammer spendiert. Ich meine, da sind viele italienische Restaurants vor ihnen und viele andere italienische Bedienungsangestellte besser im Umgang mit den Gästen. Ich will hier nicht etwas gegen die italienische Gastfreundschaft sagen, aber diese Gestalten ziehen sie nicht nach oben. Leider sind sie den anderen Gästen kein so gutes Vorbild und werden die Gäste nur verscheuchen anstatt sie einladend anzulocken. Wenn die Bedienung sich nicht ändert, dann würde ich euch wünschen eure Zeit nicht dort zu vergeuden, es gibt nebenan genug gute italienische Restaurants. Aber soweit die Bedienung so ist, einfach...
