Positive Aspects:

Pet-friendly, which is a big plus.

The bathroom is modern and well-equipped.

Although the bed was not a full-sized one, the sofa was comfortable for sleeping.

The location is excellent, right on the first line with a great sea view.

The hotel has its own pool (though it was quite cold, so not very useful at the end of September).

Guests can use beach loungers.

There is a free water purifier available for guests to refill bottles.

Negative Aspects:

The parking lot is not very close, and after rain, you have to walk on bare, muddy ground.

Our studio had a connecting door to the neighboring studio (locked), and we could hear every noise from the neighbors. Fortunately, they were quiet Germans, but you could potentially hear every conversation and sneeze (and they would hear you too).

On the day of checkout, the cleaning staff barged into our room right at 10 AM without checking if we had returned the keys. I understand the need to stick to the schedule, but a 5-10 minute delay wouldn’t make a big difference and left a negative impression.

Ho prenotato in questa struttura un appartamento aderendo ad un'offerta last minute per una disdetta. Mi è stato assegnato l'appartamento cosiddetto “attico”. Nonostante l'offerta, il prezzo era più alto di strutture limitrofe, ma colpito dalle ottime recensioni anche se poche, dalle descrizioni e dalle foto sul sito ho comunque prenotato. Arrivo in residence e ancora con le valigie in mano mi viene chiesto il saldo il che mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso, nemmeno vista la camera, comunque pago il totale e poi mi danno le chiavi. Salgo nel piccolo ascensore, fortunatamente non soffro di claustrofobia, entro in appartamento e al posto del tanto decantato “attico” trovo un sottotetto/mansarda con il tetto talmente spiovente che per mettersi nel letto già a metà ti devi abbassare altrimenti sbatti la testa, e qui ho capito il perchè del saldo subito, vado sulla terrazza e al posto della “ vera vista mare (cit. sito)”, de “la grande terrazza con magnifica vista direttamente sul mare (cit. sito)” e “della vista mare” scritta nel preventivo trovo la vista verso l'interno, un bagno che per accedere tra l'ingresso e il wc ha un corridoio talmente stretto che se hai qualche kg di troppo secondo me non passi. Sono in vacanza e la tolleranza è più alta del solito ma sicuramente non mi piace passare per fesso, così scendo e chiedo spiegazioni. Nonostante tutte le evidenze, la colpa per i titolari era mia e mi sono sentito dire “se vuoi te ne puoi andare”, “ti restituisco i soldi e ti trovi un altro posto”. Se avessi potuto lo avrei fatto, ma come dire era leggermente complicato e in zona erano tutti al completo. Mi dicono anche che sulla conferma non c'era scritto vista mare (effettivamente nel preventivo era inclusa, ma nella conferma la dicitura era sparita, un caso? Normalmente il preventivo e la conferma dovrebbero essere identici, Mi aggrediscono verbalmente “sul sito non c'è scritto vista mare leggi bene!!! (per l'attico è specificato ...con la magnifica vista direttamente sul mare...), Mi dicono che dovevo leggere i bilocali distinti in classic e vista mare. Ma se io prenoto un attico e non c'è distinzione capisco che gli attici sono tutti vista mare. Roba da far impallidire Bruno Barbieri in 4 hotel alla sezione cose da non fare e dire ai clienti, penso non ne sia mancata una, specialmente se si ha torto. Dulcis in fundo sia all'arrivo che al cambio gli asciugamani forniti (vedi foto) erano sporchi, fortunatamente avevo i miei. Unica nota positiva la posizione ma nel complesso ritengo il prezzo troppo alto rispetto a quanto offerto, Ci sono strutture a 20 metri da questa che offrono lo stesso a meno. We stayed on the top floor for 2 weeks. Everything was perfect!||Spacious apartment with everything you need.|Superb view over the Adriatic sea. Breakfast on the terrace was ok, could use some more variation and sufficient food if you come later in the morning.
