You could not ask for kinder and more generous staff. Wonderful people, very hard working. It's just that this hotel is very remote - if that's what you are looking for, then it's perfect. Wi-fi is not available really - only outside in one spot. No cell coverage in the rooms at all and with no land line phones in the rooms, it was a real concern for us. If you are staying for a few days, this is not a problem but we stayed quite some time so we really felt cut off from the world. The rooms were not sound proof at all but adequate. What a lovely find! This was our first time in Abruzzo and our first night. It is a rustic stone building with a central courtyard where you could relax and chill.

We did have a bit of trouble finding the right building to check in, but we had a wonderful, friendly welcome. We loved our room, which was very large with 2 big beds....one of which was in a separate bedroom. It was so quiet we couldn't fail to have a good night's sleep. Breakfast had all we needed and was very good.

The owner and his wife are lovely friendly people and for sure we would stay again if ever in the area. If you stay do not miss...
