Previously ended up in Relais Palazzo Lodron by chance. But what a beautiful location! Quietly situated in Nogaredo, a hamlet between vineyards and apple fields. Beautiful domain, with fascinating history, of the Lodron family and their Palazzo. We only wanted to stay a few days but stayed after all the whole week. Laura, the manager, is very friendly and helpful. Ideal base to visit Rovereto, Trento and the North of Lake Garda. The car-free Claudio Augusta cycle path passes neareby from Trento, to Rovereto and beyond Verona. From Rovereto you can cycle on the car-free cycle path to Torbole and Riva on Lake Garda. The addresses of restaurants that Laura provided us were delicious. Spacious rooms in a part of the Palazzo, furnished in a modern way with respect for the old. Safe and minibar that you could use freely. A nice extensive breakfast. A free locked underground garage is available for cars & bicycles. Furthermore, inside there is a heated swimming pool and wellness, and a beautiful garden with a view of the mountains to relax. We enjoyed our stay here, thank you so much Laura! Highly recommended, super address. Eric & Paula Nieuwinckel from Antwerp Belgium

Fabulous old palazzo on the hillside opposite Rovereto. The location is beautiful & peaceful, with a small garden to sit in. There is an indoor pool, with outside seating in good weather & garage for parking. The room was large & comfortable, with an extremely comfy bed. Laura, the hostess was super friendly & helpful. I appreciated the free Trentino guest pass for the art museum in Rovereto. She also recommended a fantastic local restaurant “de Tarczal” which was so good we went there three times!! Negative points: *Absolutely terrible WiFi, even with a separate plug in modem. Plus the ancient thick walls don’t allow for good 5/4G either. *The bathroom needed some attention (staining around the bath/shower). *Breakfast was unexciting but there were gluten free products available. *This is in a quiet village so no decent restaurants/bars within walking distance as far as we could see. A car is definitely needed. *A communal lounge with maybe an “honor” bar would be nice.

We stayed here for a mini-moon after our wedding & have nothing but wonderful things to say!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The hotel is absolutely stunning both inside and out with authentic Italian details inside full of history of the owners family. The breakfast is phenomenal! Full of homemade local food. I’m gluten free and Laura the host made sure to buy some pastries to accommodate me in the morning. Laura goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! We came home late at night after dinner & didn’t have water and she arrived two minutes later with both still and sparkling for us! She is super knowledgeable about the area and made sure to make our stay perfect. Our room had windows that look out at the insanely gorgeous mountains so you can enjoy the views day and night! The hotel is cozy, quiet and romantic with impeccable service, great views and lots to do in the surrounding towns.

My recent stay at Relais Palazzo Lodron Nogaredo was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Nogaredo, this charming retreat embodies historical elegance merged with modern comforts.

Upon arrival, the graceful architecture of the Relais Lodron and the serene ambiance instantly transported me to a bygone era. The staff's warm welcome and their attentiveness throughout my stay were truly remarkable. Their knowledge of the local area and willingness to assist in any way possible added a personal touch to the experience.

The rooms exuded a perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary amenities. The antique furniture and subtle decor details reflected the heritage of the Palazzo, while the comfortable bedding and well-equipped facilities ensured a restful stay.

The meticulously maintained gardens and the breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains added an extra layer of tranquility.

Overall, Relais Palazzo Lodron provided an enchanting escape. Its blend of historical allure, attentive service, exceptional cuisine, and idyllic surroundings made my stay an unforgettable experience. I left with a renewed appreciation for this gem in Nogaredo and a longing to return to its...
