Camere carine e molto pulite. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Cibo buono. Buon deposito sci con scaldascarponi. Non proprio sulle piste, quindi bisogna camminare un pochino e con gli scarponi ai piedi non è agevolissimo, ma sono proprio 5 minuti!

So sad to have to write a bad review as I belief in complimenting good service but on this occasion I was left feeling so upset with the owner/ manageress of this hotel.||She was vile and rude to the point of making me cry, all because I asked if myself and baby could be sat with our friends for breakfast, because I couldn’t unlock the ski room and lastly I asked if I could pay to add on evening meals. Are these not normally requests at a hotel? I do not write negatively because my requests could not be accommodated (I do get that hotels are often full for dinner) , but because of the way in which I was spoken too. Totally agree with previous review that I was made to feel a burden because of these THREE simply requests. She grunted at me , dismissed me, shoo’ed me away , when I asked these questions, acting angry and treating me with contempt , not even sure why?? because she had to get up and show me the ski room ... i’d never been before so why would this be met with such anger? ||never having the courtesy to look at me when I had patiencely waited at reception and posed my query politely, I was snapped at and told “no , we are full”. I tried to explain I was staying all week and was there any other nights I could book in for dinner, but before I could ask , was shouted at “I told you no” and Moaned at me for asking!! ||On another occasion the fob to my room wasn’t working (common in hotels I guess) no problem to me to go back to reception and ask for it to be reset, only again, she stood up without looking at me, and sighing under her breath , never spoke to me the whole time (again an act of defiance and rudeness on her behalf, given that she had spoken to me before ) opened my door with her keys then walked off , she’s a disgrace, and all in front of my young impressionable son, I hope karma shows her the same unkindness she has , whenever she’s away from home. Truely one horrible ugly soul.||||That’s said I would like to point out that the male manager/ owner?, was the complete opposite. Same question of could I book in for dinner , was met straight away with a yes. And he even offered me snacks for the journey home,as we would miss breakfast on checkout day. I feel sorry for him that she is dragging this...

The hotel is in a prime location and the staff were very friendly nothing much was missing from the experience.||When we first arrived at the hotel the check-in process was quick and easy, and with a group of 13 of us that's not easily done. On arrival we went to the ski hire shop about a 50m walk up the road, again it was a quick turnover getting us seen to and getting all our equipment sorted. ||In the evening we were given our food, for the first few nights the food was really good but unfortunately as the week progressed the food quality and choice let the hotel down but again the staff were very accommodating and were very patient with us, as a group of 13, 20 year olds and older you could sort of imagine it being a bit loud. In the mornings a continental breakfast is available with a variety of cold meats, bread, cereals, warm hard boiled eggs a selection of different juices, fruit and fruit in syrup.||Either side of the meals on most nights we would either be in the games room or in the bar area both are large and can accommodate for all ages, the bar serves hot and cold beverages all day and during the evening at a reasonable price. The games room has 3 arcade games, a pool table, a table tennis table and plenty of board games for all ages.||The rooms were a good size plenty of wardrobe space and a balcony with a variable door to it which can be used as a window too. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink, large mirror, towel rail, heated tower rail, toilet, bidet, and a hair drier. The room has a tv in it but no English channels could be found which was a shame as this is a hotel used by a British travel company. The only problem to the rooms were the beds they are firm and quite uncomfortable but if you like firm beds then you have found the perfect hotel. ||4* for location, staff, facilities and cleanliness|The reduction of the star was due to the uncomfortable beds and the food letting it down. ||This hotel review was based purely on the hotel and not on the conditions as the Alps and the Dolomites have suffered from a fairly poor start...

The Worst Hotel Food Ever||||I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for eight long days with my colleague and 13 teenagers on a ski trip. The place itself wasn't too bad. It was clean-ish, and they cleaned our room every day, even though everything looked like it was decorated in the 1970s. The TV was tiny, and the elevator was slow, but that was the least of our problems.||||The Gruesome Grub||||The food was like a nightmare that never ended. Breakfast was the same every day: stale buns, a sad croissant covered in powdered sugar, and mystery meat that looked like it had been sitting out since the dawn of time. The bacon was like rubber, the sausages looked anemic, and the eggs...well, let's just say they defied the laws of physics. They were square and bubbly, and none of us dared to touch them after the first day.||||Dinner was even worse! The first few nights, I was so disgusted that I forgot to take pictures. But for your sake, dear reader, I suffered through the entire culinary catastrophe.||||Imagine, if you will, pasta with ketchup for sauce. That was fancy compared to some of the other stuff. We had a grilled cheese so burnt that one of our teenagers lost a filling trying to eat it. Then there was the "pesto" pasta, which was basically just noodles swimming in a murky green pond.||||Wednesday night's special was a fried falafel that was drier than a mummy's armpit. It came with mashed potatoes that seemed to suck all the moisture out of the air. I spent two days coughing like a donkey because of that meal.||||And then there was the "grilled" cheese. It was a burnt, oily, square lump of sadness that looked like it had been tortured before being served. We all tried a bite, but none of us could stomach more than that.||||Conclusion||||I have no idea what the chef was trying to do, but it felt like they were waging a war against our taste buds. We came to Italy for delicious food, skiing, and fun, and we got...well, we got whatever this nightmare was.||||If this is what Italian cuisine is all about, then sign me up for a lifetime supply of...
