Positives: nice service, especially in the restaurant. It is clean. Close to a ski zone - Latemar, there is transport to the lift which is about 1 km from the hotel.

Negatives: It is a little cold inside. Definitely it is not warm. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon there is no more warm water. I had a shower at least two times with cool water. Ski room is cold too. Our shoes were wet in the morning. For a ski hotel this is absolutely a problem.

There is no cozy lobby bar to chat and have a drink apres ski, only an old style bar - see the pictures.

Rooms are small. We were in one of the most spacious and it was impossible to open the wardrobe doors completely.

Hotel is situated at the end of Predazzo - one of the first buildings. It is far to go to the center and there are just a few shops and coffee bars. Not feeling being at a ski resort. Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura io e il mio ragazzo, assieme ad una coppia di amici, attratti anche dalle recensioni positive e dalla recente ristrutturazione. Al nostro arrivo ci accolgono calorosamente e spiegandoci che ci sono state assegnate due camere una leggermente più grande dell’altra e noi accettiamo il tutto senza problemi. Le mie alte aspettative vengono deluse non appena apro la porta della stanza: mobili di minimo 40 anni fa, bagno con doccia con tendina (nel 2023 dovrebbe ormai essere appurato che questa sia la cosa meno igienica del mondo) e wc praticamente attaccato al sifone; la stessa cosa viene riscontrata anche dai nostri amici. Scendo alla reception per chiedere se possibile almeno avere una stanza con una doccia a porte chiuse altrimenti avrei allagato tutta la camera e questo non avrebbe permesso di asciugarmi i capelli in sicurezza, considerando il fatto che la spina era raso terra appena fuori dal bagno e mi viene risposto “solo per una notte?” Beh, sicuramente non ho pagato per rimanere lì ad asciugare la stanza per potermi muovere senza bagnarmi i piedi. Riescono a trovarmi una nuova camera anche se di ristrutturazione non ne vedo l’ombra. Pulizia quasi assente (solo cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, in alcuni casi nemmeno quello visto che i nostri amici avevano le lenzuola sporche di sangue), polvere ovunque anche sui mobili vicino al letto, materasso scomodissimo, infiltrazione nel bagno e muri spessi come la carta velina (sentivamo quante volte la gente tirava lo sciacquone e quante volte tossiva). Cerchiamo conforto nella zona spa ma l’idromassaggio aveva l’acqua fredda (ho visto recensioni dove si diceva la stessa cosa ancora molto tempo fa ed è rimasta così tutt’ora). Cena essenziale e poco gustosa, come pure la colazione. La notte non si riusciva a dormire in quanto dalle 22 alla mezzanotte c’era gente che correva e parlava/rideva per i corridoi e nelle stanze accanto. Al piano di sopra per tutto il tempo si sentiva gente che spostava mobile, dopo un momento di pace il lavoro è ricominciato alle 5 del mattino. Al momento del check-out non ci è stato chiesto nulla di come fosse andato il soggiorno. Per come la vedo io, la legislazione per quanto riguarda l’assegnazione delle stelle di un hotel è completamente da rivedere in quanto si basa solamente sulla quantità e non sulla qualità dei servizi offerti. Non basta avere una vaschetta con l’idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco per essere un 3 stelle superior, bisognerebbe valutare le condizioni della struttura nelle parti comuni e private e il lavoro di cura...

The hotel is very well managed. You will get here everything you need. The location is perfect for skiing. You get easy access to many resorts and you are not only limited to the one in Predazzo (which is only 800m away). The rooms are very clean and in a good condition. However depending on the room, the bathrooms might be a bit outdated with very small shower cabins. I noted that the rooms facing front were better than the ones in the back. The beds have firm mattresses, so I slept very well. The restaurant is pretty good, offering a wide variety of local dishes. You won't be hungry there (just don't order the sausage). It's nice to relax in the spa, which is pretty new and specious. The only pity is that it's open only between 3.30 and 7.30 pm. It would be nicer if you can use it after...
