We had great customer service! Forget about the 1 stars reviews as these guys took pictures of antique chair pretending that was brand new..is an historical villa you idiots! People complained about stuff that we find very characteristic and unique, a piece of story from my country, I’m Italian, if you don’t want and you don’t appreciate our history don’t come to visit us, or don’t book an antique villa and go to an Hilton hotel..or a modern one, people were complaining about the floor…is still the same original floor you guys don’t appreciate nothing! We had great time when we arrived as we were very late and there was no problem for them to wait for us at 1am and they were always replying even the day after when we lost the last bud and they propose to come and pick us up from Venice asking us less than a normal taxi and still at 1:20am! We had the luck to be present for a bikers event were we ate and drink, unlimited for free. A piece of history for sure, like any villa in Italy is. We were very happy with anyone of the team, really nice people and willing to let us have the best experience in their hotel. Highly recommend

You get wait you pay for ... Or less. The room was small, as expected, but it's seriously outdated, dusty and dirty. It is not the same having a well maintained historical villa as having a crumbling ruin. The floor of the room consisted of old wood tiles which are now splintered, an accident in the waiting. You cannot be barefoot in you own room. The toilet has nasty smudges, the carpets are dirty and smelly. And if you can tolerate that, I still have more bad news. The breakfast is a joke. You only get supermarket packed pastries and cookies, half of them already expired. I saw a yogurt in the fridge with expiration date from a month ago! Forget about having fresh prociutto or salami like every hotel. Not existent here. Stay here only if you are at midnight in the area, during a storm and without any transportation option. Even then I would seriously think about walking all the way to venice and stay under a bridge.

Me and my wife stayed here after a visit to Venice for the day, was within easy reach from Venice, which is about a 30 minutes drive. We did this because it was cheaper and free parking plus we intended moving on the next day anyway so was easier all round. The hotel is grandeur, amazing building and history, we loved it! My wife said she felt like a princess walking down the large spiral stair case, it really is magnificent, of course it's old but we liked that. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, air conditioned room, nice breakfast buffet, two or three nice restaurants within walking distance so everything was for us perfect. Only negative, was half of the toilet flush button was missing , however we enjoyed our stay here so much it was irrelevant. Would definitely stay here again.
