Very mixed feelings about this place. I will try to say what was good first and then what could be improved. Very nice facade and outdoor looks. Christmas lights were awesome. Friendly welcome at the reception. Breakfast was good, but it lacked fresh fruits. Access to a restaurant and bar was good, however the staff here was mostly very young and some of them seemed too inexperienced to work without supervision. You could tell that our barman didn't know what he was doing. He didn't know how to deal with our payment and had to check a online source for mixing piña colada. His colleague even said "look when we learn together how to make this cocktail". Also when he was taking my order he interrupted and talked to his colleagues about other things. It was too obvious he wasn't a barman with routine. When it comes to our room, it was clean and so. But the water pipes where screaming to the extent of waking us up as soon as the neighbors used water. This is Unacceptable. Moreover, the shower didn't work very well, because the stream of water was too weak and the temperature was uneven. We never knew when we would get hot water or not. Also the sauna and wellness area could be improved. The jacuzzi was closed, the Finnish sauna was almost worn out and the lower seat was even broken, the Turkish bath was hardly hot. And also here the temperature of the water in the showers was low. Also, as seen in pictures, the tea buffet wasn't taken care off, during the 1 hour that we spent there nobody brought new glasses for the tea and the tea was also lukewarm and tasteless. There were no towels...

The rooms appear to have been relatively recently renovated and are correspondingly pretty and modern. However, many other areas are visibly getting on in years.

The biggest disappointment for us was probably the outdoor pool. This is also accessible to the numerous guests of the associated campsite and was therefore more like a public outdoor pool, with lots of unsupervised children and hardly any free loungers. We also found the pool area dirty in the morning.

The spa area, which is also getting on in years, is located in the basement and smelled strongly of chlorine.

The breakfast buffet is ok and the staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly.

The young staff in the restaurant were mostly careless, disinterested and snippy. Some of the waitresses wore sports leggings, a no-go for a 4-star hotel.

There were old mattresses in the dark underground parking garage and we encountered kitchen staff during smoking breaks, which is also not 4-star standard.

The hotel is located on a busy road, behind the hotel is the campsite and an industrial building. You only have a view from the upper rooms.

In general, all these circumstances are cleverly omitted from the photos, which is why in the end you are left with a bad feeling. The rooms are not enough to compensate for this. Especially for the...

The hotel is located close to the highway, next to a high traffic street and connected to a camping site. On the positive side: it’s well connected to public transport towards the city center. The rooms in the renovated area as well as the lounge and reception desk are quite nice and modern. Not perfectly quiet though. If you seek only that and a solid breakfast - good to go for a rather ambitious price tag. The wellness area as well the outdoor pool are outdated by far, not really taken care of too much and won‘t give you the relaxing feeling you‘d like. No cold drinks or an actual quiet room, the pool chairs were dirty from the birds and the artificial grass flooring rather reminds of lower star places. The service kind of fits into the picture - some nice and very helpful staff but overall ambiguous, e.g., our treatments were just forgotten so we stood in front of a closed massage room door, and there was not even an actual ‚sorry‘ for that. All in all: doesn‘t meet the expectations they set with the positioning, the pictures on the homepage und the pricing, not a bad place...

We are in awe of Sofe's service, she is super helpful by helping us to reach out for the car rental company and auto repair service when we shared with her that there was an engine warning sign showing up. She is also attentive to small details by turning on the lights in the waiting room where we were sitting while waiting for our friends. Out of all the hotels we stayed in Dolomites, Sofe provides the BEST service! She is a gem! Kudos! She deserves 10 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍🎊 I gave the room 3 stars because the shower doesn't come with a door or a screen. It's freezing to shower without a door.... I wonder what is the rationale of not having a door to the shower area? It's quite embarrassing if staying there with friends or parents. 🙂‍↕️
