A Perfect Tuscan Escape, I Parigi Corbinelli Residence
Our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residence was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, just a short drive from the heart of Florence, this charming residence felt like a peaceful haven away from the crowds, yet close enough to immerse ourselves in the art, history, and energy of the city whenever we desired.
The property itself is stunnin, surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees, and breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. Each morning began with birdsong and the soft light that Tuscany is famous for. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and full of character, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.
It’s important to note that a car rental is essential for this location, as it’s not accessible by public transport. We recommend renting a car directly from the Florence airport, which made our trip seamless and allowed us to explore the surrounding countryside, quaint villages, and local vineyards at our own pace.
The staff at I Parigi Corbinelli were warm, attentive, and always ready with a recommendation for hidden gems in the area. Whether we were enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace at sunset or driving into Florence for dinner, every moment felt like a dream.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking the true essence of Tuscany, tranquil, beautiful, and...
Read moreI would rate this accommodation as a B & B.||Located in the hills 10.4 km from Florence town centre 600mtrs up a narrow lane way. Car ideal.||Down the 600 mtrs you can catch bus 37 tickets available at reception 1.70 euro p/p each way.||We drove a couple of klm's to a small town close by & caught a bus 37 or 11 to town.||When arriving at the B & B early they had a sign up fully booked, they gave us a choice of 2 rooms, the first being in the new area, 1st floor near front gates a lovely large room with lovely bathroom plus a small balcony.||The second in the old building, second floor, a gracious lge room big bathroom.||It was to hard at our age to lug bags up two floors, so we chose room 4 in the new part.||Yes there is tea & coffee facility in room, bonus on the ground floor there is a lge small fridge with freezer & microwave.||For us fantastic as we have a nice breakfast, dine out for lunch & visit the supermarket for dinner.||Staff are very friendly & helpful.||The breakfast for a B & B is the best so far.||forgot Roy the dog, one friendly spoilt dog.||By the way the name I Paris in the photo...
