This was my favorite restaurant in Italy. The people that live near are lucky to have this place. We went twice during our stay (7/20 and 7/21) at I Parigi and I wish we went more. The food is great and made the right way. Over the two dinners my family and I had most of the menu. I have never been to a place where literally everything on offer was spot on. Sitting in the back garden felt more like having a meal with friends and family than going to a business.
Our waiter, Everest, was tremendous. I can't say enough about how great he and staff treated us. He showed us how they grow their tomatoes and basil as well as some of their fruit trees on the property. Also gave us some gardening and cooking tips that I've been using.
I'm not the type of person to leave reviews either good or bad but I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here and how well we were treated. It is a special place. Best regards and we hope to...
Read moreExcellent restaurant! We ate here nearly every night of our stay in Florence. We were treated well by everyone who works here. Bruno took care of us every night, he always remembered us and took care of us. We saw all the waiters being very attentive and making sure everyone was taken care of. The food is fantastic, all the cuts of meat were tender and cooked to perfection. The seafood dishes were even better here than what we ate when we were in Sorrento. We tried the different house desserts and every one of them was so good, not overly sweet and nothing was ever boring or bland, they were just right. It is less touristy here and you will find more locals, young and old, who have been coming here for a long time. Would definitely recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once during your stay. It is a little bit away from the city center but there is parking and it is...
Read moreThe BEST dining experience of our journey through Italy!! Not only was the food excellent (truly home cooked cuisine), we had the most expressive, courteous, helpful and hugely entertaining waiter (thank you Everest!!). If you are in or near Impruneta, we highly recommend La Bianchina. It was so memorable, we returned the following night for seconds. Spaghetti Astice is a must and its a real lobster too!! Great food. Fantastic staff (even the chef invited us to the kitchen for a few photos 🤩). And a wonderful experience. Ps.. ask Everest on the name of the restaurant and you will get to hear a...
