Hotel Levante — Hotel in Fossacesia

L'hotel non offre il comfort e gli standard di un buon hotel a 4 stelle. Partiamo dalla colazione, che penso sia il biglietto da visita per un hotel. Credo che debba prevedere sia pietanze dolci che salate, in modo che l’ospite possa servirsi da solo, scegliendo quello che preferisce. Credo anche che debba riservare una zona del buffet ai prodotti locali tipici del territorio. In questo modo l' ospite che viene per la prima volta nella tua regione vede che sei un’azienda attenta e sensibile alle realtà locali. Inoltre in un 4 stelle mi aspetto: Sempre verdure tagliate, pani di tutti i tipi (i panini piccoli e duri di provenienza?!), freschi e secchi di diverse provenienze e lavorazioni, brioches/donuts , torte e biscotti freschi sostituiti ogni giorno anche se avanzati. Rimettere gli stessi avanzati per una settimana non va bene!!!!.Salumi e formaggi, una bella scelta, meglio se anche locali. Il povero “cotto" e il formaggio mattonella comprato alla Metro che offrite non è certo sufficiente per un angolo salato. Poi lo yogurt fresco di vari sapori e provenienze invece voi offrite quello distribuito dalla Metro che è vergognoso per un quattro stelle. Allora acquistate un vipiteno o un parmalat ( conosco il prezzo di un vasetto Metro e non dico altro). Non ho inoltre visto l' angolo con prodotti senza glutine. Possiamo proseguire con la cena. Il cuoco è molto bravo ma attenzione siamo ad agosto 2020 non so se è fisso o lì per l'emergenza. Comunque ottima preparazione e presentazione dei piatti. Ma avendo anche il ristorante aperto agli esterni sarebbe consigliabile separare le Aree dedicate alle due tipologie. Evitate la brutta figura di presentare un primo con porzione “mignon" quando si è in mezza pensione e porzioni abbondanti quando si è esterni. Questo atteggiamento non ti fa sentire un ospite di riguardo, cosa che ti aspetti sempre. Potrei proseguire con la camera vista parcheggio (alla prenotazione non è stato indicata una scelta);con albergo fronte mare che dista 700 metri con una strada come l'Adriatica da attraversare , ma credo che sia sufficiente per avere una idea di...

A good location for heading up and down and inland to explore the Trabocchi coastline. We took three rooms, two were of acceptable size, one was far too tiny for a couple. Breakfast was just barely average with machines that used powders to deliver caffé and cappuccino (not great). The air conditioning in one of the rooms turned off frequently and could not be reactivated (at two in the morning). The wifi was stop and go and when it was 'go' it was pretty slow and could not accommodate much streaming. The staff was helpful but not overly so. Internal parking was excellent and the pool was nice. Room price was average...

As I was staying here with a tour I can't talk about value for money as I don't have the break down. However, the staff are very helpful and there treatment of us more than generous with the catered drinks, lunch and dinner. The breakfasts were also better than the norm. ||||The hotel is over a busy road from the beach but has a lovely pool which many of our group used. My room on the front was very quiet although my neighbours complained of road noise. ||||The rooms themselves are immaculately clean and very comfortable with a really good shower. ||||You would of course need a car in this area....
