Situated on the first floor of a typical block of flats of mid 20th century, this B&B is an excellent choise if you would like to walk around La Spezia centre or if you want to catch the train and explore 5 Terre. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms in a converted apartment five minutes walk away from the train station and close to the centre (its on the main street through town and close to the shops and restaurants)

The owner is fantastic and the welcome warm, she gives plenty of information on day trips, bus stops, train times etc. Maps and guides are provided

Breakfast is available in a nearby bar, and coffee, snacks available in the communal area.

Loved my stay! Easy (5 min) walk from the train station. Room was exactly as described: very comfortable, VERY clean, many little thoughtful details throughout. Rossella is very responsive and helpful with suggestions (sweet and kind, too!). Loved popping into the pattiserie below for breakfast - everything is delicious. Easy day trips to Cinque Terre on the train or Lerici by public bus....
