Hotel la Goletta — Hotel in Lignano Sabbiadoro

We stayed there for 1 week (7 Nights). We can only say that we spent amazing time there. Ricardo & Carola are just amazing, they made our first ever visit to Lignano Sabbiadoro calm and stress-free. Location: its a bit far away from where the action is, but its in a very quite place overlooking the Marina. If you want to reach to the center it will take you 5 minutes by bicycle( 15 minutes walking).

They offer free bicycles, which is a plus and makes the overall stay amazing.

Breakfast: very convenient, no much options like a luxury hotel, but its fresh and amazing.

Internet: very slow, needs improvement!

Supermarket & food: 3 minutes walk from the nearest Supermarket, and 4 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant.

Beach: you get beach access during your stay, almost 10 minutes walk to the designated beach.

Bus stop: very far from the main bus station in the center, but there is a shuttle bus that arrives every 15/20 minutes in summer (5 minutes walk from hotel)

My wife and I stayed at La Goletta in the end of last month. Although we arrived late in the evening, we still had a few drinks at the hotel bar/restaurant, which is very pleasantly located outside the hotel. The he room had a nice Mediterranean touch, was not too big, but big enough and very clean. As we could not pay by card and the hotel could not change money, we left our ID cards as guarantee.||||Unfortunately, on the next morning as we paid our room at checkout we forgot to take our ID's and run into a small problem when we realized this only when we had left the hotel and were 100 km away. But with La Goletta there was no problem. They managed to send our papers to our next hotel in Italy by DHL and everything was resolved. All the communication was very pleasant.||||Overall, I would always recommend the hotel to a friend! Go...

The best breakfast with the most delicious croissants ever! We like this hotel, enjoyed staying there 2 seasons in a row. Our family lined everything - the rooms, cleanliness, personnel, breakfast etc. The hotel offers places on the beach, which is in 5 min walk. Stayed in La Goletta with our family - 2 adults and small daughter. And every time before check out we prologued our stay for a couple of days more. And Roberto could always find a solution in a busy period and occupied hotel! We do miss Lignano and La Goletta greatly, and hope to come again with our bigger family: wish our son experience the taste of the best croissants and staying...
