Il ristorante ha cambiato nome da un paio d'anni, quindi se state cercando la storica "Maranese" siete nel posto giusto. La nuova gestione ha dato una rinfrescata al locale, e anche ai piatti, un po' più ricercati. Tutti molto cortesi e tutto sommato veloci nel servizio (compatibilmente con i piatti che si richiedono, ovvio). Ho mangiato un ottimo branzino al forno con patate, veramente ben presentato e poi spinato. Ci sono tornato a Giugno, circa un anno dopo l'ultima volta e ho mangiato un buon pesce spada alla Livornese, che ovviamente non può essere al livello del pescato del giorno. Il cameriere consiglia dei discreti bianchi con cui abbinare il cibo, e alla fine ci offrono un digestivo. Prezzi un po' cari: 300 euro per 5 persone mi pare un po' troppo, considerando che una persona non ha mangiato pesce e tutti quanti abbiamo ordinato primo o secondo, oltre l'antipasto.
