We arrived early, but Beatrice was happy to show us up to our tree house (we stayed in la Quercia) - it was a bit of a climb, but that is part of the fun of staying in a treehouse. There is no wifi up in the trees, but there were complimentary sweets, chocolates, nuts and wine, which made us happy. We had to park our bikes quite a long way from the tree - we don't really like them to be out of sight, but the gates were locked and the site was very secure, so we weren't worried. The walk through the trees to the treehouse is well laid out, well lit, and decorated with gnomes, bird boxes and pretty or amusing trinkets, making it feel like an enchanted wood. The treehouse itself is very sturdy, beautifully made and luxuriously decorated, in a whimsical style. The bathroom is small, but perfectly formed, with a wooden basin, a hot shower, a toilet and a window. The terrace outside has a couple of seating areas, far-reaching views if you peer through the leaves, and a LOT of dusk time bugs...inside is fine, but outside became unbearable while the sun was setting (it had been fine earlier, while we were picnicking) - I guess we should have realised sooner, but we didn't even think about it until we started getting bitten and retreated inside (sadly not soon enough, as I'm still bearing the scars a fortnight later!). However, I can't blame bugs for living in trees, and there were certainly none inside the treehouse itself. ||Beatrice climbed quietly into the tree at 8 the next morning, bearing a splendid breakfast, which she laid out beautifully on the (now bug-free) terrace, for us to enjoy at our leisure - it was a really thoughtful and impressive touch. We had been keen to stay in a treehouse for a long time, and this definitely satisfied our curiosity, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes trees and doesn't mind stairs - just make sure you bring some...

For my best friend's birthday, I've booked one night at Quercia Tree House. It was unbelievable!!
As soon as we arrived we had to walk through the magical forest where fairies and elves are said to hide. It was so wonderful. But the real attraction was the amazing treehouse. Fabulous stairs accompanied us to a dreamy and comfortable house. There was a bathroom with a huge shower and a big and comfy bed. Walking across the house we saw a fawn and a squirrel running across the forest. My favorite part of the stay was for sure breakfast. When we woke up, a flawless breakfast was served on the terrace. Croissants, tea, milk, coffee, jam, fruits, cheese and other things that made our morning incredible. Afterward, we had the opportunity to use the bike to travel around Manta. The staff was kind and helpful. We had an issue with a hornet, but the owner helped us although it was 10 p.m.
I strongly recommend this fairy place. It's an experience you must do at least once...
