If you are visiting Naples and have a rental car, book this hotel with your eyes closed. We had actually taken a place in the Spanish quarters close to via Toledo, but parking was a nightmare there. And that's an understatement. A car helps you see places around Naples like Pompeii, Vesuvio, Casserta, further travel to Amalfi, etc. But while you are in Naples, the heart of the city is ruthless if you wanna drive or park. This hotel is just 10 mins from all the action in a quiet location with very safe and ample parking (free) and an easy approach to the expressways. On days that you wanna use the metro, the station is 15 mins walking. Whenever u take the car to the city, you can park in most garages for €3 per hour. |Best part of this hotel is Maria. She's the most cheerful person we met in Naples and an absolute delight!! She cooks and serves you breakfast in the morning, cleans the rooms, explains the sights, or helps with anything else you might need!! |We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and will be staying here on our next trip too since we missed lots of things in Naples that we...
Read moreThis place was perfect for us for so many reason! First of all, the premises are immaculate!! The accommodation is also extremely secure, and staff are also incredibly friendly and cannot do more to assist you. For us, parking was essential, as we had a vespa to travel around and see Naples which is also highly recommended. Staying at Giardino Eden is perfect if you have a vespa or car (which is recommended for a city like Naples), as there is access to private and secure parking, and it is easy to come and go as you please. Staying in Vomero also perches you up on the hill where the best views of Napoli can be seen. It made us feel like locals here, and gave us easy access to some of the best spots for dining out with views of the mediterranian and amalfi coast from the mainland. It takes only 10 minutes to get from the accommodation into the city centre, and this place was a surprisingly peaceful sanctuary given how close it was to the chaos of Napoli, which while it is wonderful, can certainly be exhausting. A highly recommended place to enjoy one of the best cities...
Read moreI loved this place for so many things. I love trees and noticed how few there are in Naples. But this place is surrounded by gardens. There is ample parking. There was a shop next door that was selling Italian ceramic work which was beautiful. And, most importantly, Maria!!! She is the nicest host we met in any accommodation in our trip to Italy and Malta. She is so sweet, she especially made me boiled eggs cause I had asked for them the previous day. She was also very nice to us during any interaction we had with her and explained a number of things to us. The room was nice and clean and very well priced. I am definitely coming back to Naples cause we didn't see everything and when we do I'm gonna...
